Very friendly service and quite satisfying to stay here

Maybe because they want to highlight Tulungagung as a marble city, everything is covered in marble in this hotel. It feels magnificent. Marble souvenirs are also sold in the lobby. The swimming pool is equipped with a slide and a hot water jacuzzi. Very clean. The location is in the middle of the city, very strategic. From the video shown on TV, the President once stayed here. I didn't try the food because I wanted traditional cuisine, Ayam Lodho and Sompil, which are located close to the hotel.

Impressive ... there is a hotel in the area but from CI to CO all the staff are friendly to greet, the most favorite is the cleanliness of the room, blankets, sheets, pillows, towels are all clean and white without stains, spacious room with a decent view even though it's to the poll, the fo mb helmi is very kind to help us be able to co late because after the wedding you have to pray first & change clothes & all the friendly fos help. What needs to be improved is the breakfast menu, not much & not varied enough. Maintain all that is already good. Disappointed with traveloka, just found out that traveloka has been sub-submitted to the agent, because my reservation was far away (1 month before) when I arrived at the hotel I was shocked because it did not match the notes on traveloka that asked for; no smoking room, city view, etc.. when we arrived at the hotel we got a smoking room (hotel info: no notes from traveloka, it was subcontracted to MG agent, etc.) .. owhhh noo ... so disappointed with traveloka ... an application this big is unprofessional ... subcontracting is not a problem huh .. only the customer's notes should really be considered & fought for ... because it is precisely those notes (no smoking, bed type, etc.) that are the substance of the customer choosing the application, to be considered by traveloka huh .. because we always use traveloka to book htl, pswt, ka, etc ... it's really unfortunate if it's like this again ... tq

Next time I go back to my hometown in Tulungagung, I will definitely stay here

I've stayed here many times before, it was okay, friendly, but the last one was lacking, when checking out it took a long time, they said they wanted to check the room first, okay, no problem, but this took a long time, almost 1 hour. What kind of things are checked and we waited that long to check out.

Friendly staff, Cleanliness and room atmosphere are very good. Spacious parking lot. What's even cooler is the indoor swimming pool and child-friendly facilities. Jacuzzi and cold water pool are also available. Helped by this after running 10Km not confused looking for ice cubes to soak your feet 😁😁 There is also a Gym & Spa, but haven't tried it because I have to continue the roadshow again Next time I go to Tulungagung, I will definitely come back to this hotel again

The room was not fogged enough & because we asked for spraying before, there were lots of mosquitoes & insects
