choose family suites room, 6 person, located in the old building a bit behind not the new glass building, the new building does not have family suites, if you want to be in the new building choose the connecting one. But everything is good. extraordinary, warm swimming pool, good view, cool air. it's just that the living room area TV table is too big so it makes access narrow so it's a bit difficult. but overall this hotel is cool

for the family suite room option, the place is very scary, there are many strange things because of the building, the old building and the position at the very back.. in the middle of the night you can hear the sound of someone singing and the bathroom lock itself, you can hear the sound of a roar inside.. this is the scariest place I've ever been to.. the room is also at the very back, it's very dark and the lighting is lacking.. and for the restaurant service, it's very rude, my mother hasn't finished eating and is still feeding my child, the plate has been cleaned up.. it should be when we have left the place, then the plate is cleaned up.. the service is rude for the restaurant..

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel area is very beautiful, and clean. The food needs to be looked at again. When I was there, the fried fish was hard, there was no chicken even though not everyone likes fish, especially if it is floured. I don't know why there are so many flies or is it because of the rainy season, I don't understand

Booking a deluxe room on a weekend night, got a room in a new building on the 2nd floor if you look at the front from the 2nd floor but if you look from the balcony on the outside it looks like the 1st floor. Very unique because it is a plateau that is designed very well. Arriving when it was raining, the officer quickly picked us up and gave us an umbrella to go to the lobby. The lobby turned out to be a new building, with a contemporary design and a view that had no medicine. Fast check-in, no deposit, only ID card and immediately directed to the room location by directly bringing the vehicle we were riding. Above there will be an officer who will direct and help carry our belongings. Good Job !!! Get a welcome drink coupon for 2 pax which can be exchanged in the lobby until 21.00 and a snack coupon for 2 pax which can also be exchanged at the restaurant above the swimming pool until 18.00. Get a discount voucher for the spa worth 50 thousand. And of course a breakfast coupon for 2 pax too. There are 2 swimming pools, cold water and warm water. The kids love playing in the warm water pool. It happened that when we stayed there it was our child's birthday, we had time to write a note when booking via the application. And we were given a FREE greeting cake which was a surprise and it tasted really good. There is a playground park to relax and play for children. The view from the top of the swimming pool is very beautiful, you can see Mount Tangkuban Perahu and at night the city lights are very beautiful. Suggestions: - The breakfast menu can be added with more variations and the presentation so that at 7 o'clock it is really ready for guests to have breakfast. - The deluxe twin bed type only gets 2 pillows, it would be better if it could be given 4 so that it can also function as a bolster. Have visited this resort twice, the appearance is better than last year, friendly service, delicious breakfast, varied. Next time, God willing, come back.
