Comfortable room, calm atmosphere

I've stayed at the Tilamas Hotel several times in Surabaya. One notable experience is that check-in must be made by 2:00 PM WIB. My last experience here was when I checked in at 2:00 PM, but my towels weren't ready and weren't delivered until 3:00 PM WIB. Overall, it's been good, and I really enjoyed it.

The room was cool, but the sheets probably had fake nails from the previous occupant on them. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The air conditioner wasn't working properly. The night receptionist (female) seemed to be in a very formal position, welcoming guests. The parking lot is spacious, though.

The hotel is comfortable. Close to Juanda Airport. The AC is loud at night.

Location is near the airport, the room floor is sticky, the pillowcases smell a bit, the bathroom is clean, the water is flowing, the deposit is 100 thousand, when you check out you can take the deposit

Everything is fine, please maintain and improve. I hope the early check-in rules will be more flexible.

The room was quite large, with parking in front of the room. The hot water worked and was strong. The TV was Android. The soap was too runny and the shampoo was limited. The receptionist was unfriendly.

Recommended for a hotel near the airport, the place is also clean and tidy.

My favorite hotel after landing at Juanda Airport, the price is very affordable, the service is friendly and most importantly the hotel area and rooms are quiet, peaceful and clean, very nice for resting.

I spent the night in room 107, it was very scary, there were many ghosts that disturbed my sleep. Very haunted. The pillows smelled very bad, the sheets were stained everywhere. Meanwhile, the staff were very unfriendly, after I insisted on moving rooms, I was finally allowed to move to room 207. But still, none of the rooms were clean. I spent the night here enough, I will not return. Please pay attention to the hotel owner
