Prime Park is the only best hotel along Jalan Surapati, very comfortable, the basement parking is also spacious, the turmeric restaurant on the 2nd floor is very spacious, the food is quite varied, thank you.

The hotel is comfortable and nice for a family vacation, it's just a shame that the children's pool doesn't have warm water because the area is cold for children to bathe in the pool.

Recommended Hotel. Next holiday will definitely come back here, comfortable hotel because it is close to everywhere. Must try guys, prove it yourself.

The breakfast chicken was hard, like chicken that had been kept warm for a long time.

The food is less varied for a hotel of this class, and much of it is cold.

Clean hotel, spacious room, spacious estimate, breakfast has many variants and delicious taste. Especially the dimsum. Next time I'll come back for a family staycation.

I stayed on March 31 - April 1 (during Eid al-Fitr), everything felt great. The hotel staff were very friendly and well-dressed. What I liked the most was that there were many electrical outlets spread across several corners of the room and the TV was integrated with a remote like a cursor on a PC! Cool! The room towels were super fragrant. There was a hair dryer with super strong wind power, so my hair dried faster. What I was a bit disappointed with was that the hot water in the bathroom didn't work from the start when I checked in around 8 pm until the next afternoon when I checked out at 11.30 am. I stayed in room number 515. The food was also delicious, I liked the fried fish with butter lemon sauce the most. Sooo yummy! The pool area was also clean, but unfortunately the rinsing area was a bit narrow, so if you rinse with your child, it won't be easy. Hopefully in the future Prime Biz Park Hotel will be even better. Thank you!

The location is very strategic in the middle of the city, easy to find on maps, the rooms are also clean and the service is friendly.

A 4-star hotel but the food variety is very minimal, the room interior is very simple like a budget hotel, the shower leaks, the bathroom walls are slippery with black mold, it seems like it has never been brushed, just dried. Not worthy of being a 4-star hotel, the room walls are full of graffiti and the ceiling is full of leaks. Once is enough and I'm done. Ugly, it's more like a 2-star hotel.

Overall, it's very comfortable...and I hope to have another chance to go to Bandung. The hotel is highly recommended.

Nice hotel with hill side view from room

I've stayed here twice because my husband is continuing his studies and the location is closest to the hotel. For some reason, I was given the same room as the first time I stayed here. This is a hotel habit, so I was a bit surprised. The location is at the end and I brought a toddler. It was a hassle. The water wasn't even warm.
