Two days of staying didn't seem like enough. The kids still wanted more.

An old but recommended place. The area is very spacious. The hotel is connected to Jatim Park 1 and there are special packages for pass tickets. The stay includes access to the waterpark and carnival-style play areas. There is an indoor theme park, rainbow slide, go-karts, a princess room for children's roleplay, etc. There is wheelchair access, but there are still many stairs and the roads are mostly up and down, not suitable for seniors who have difficulty walking or people with disabilities. The place seems understaffed, you have to call the staff first if you want to play in the theme park. Some facilities look like they need maintenance, such as the plastic balls on the indoor playground slide are broken and left. The crayons in the princess room are too old, so the room smells strongly of crayon wax. The pool water is clean, the gym and sauna are okay, there is a library filled with old books that are very well maintained and neat. There is a billiard table and karaoke room, but we didn't have time to try them. It's a good place to bring children on vacation. The air is clean, cool and fresh, lots of trees and flowers in the garden are very well maintained. The restaurant food is delicious and varied. The waterpark water is cold, but there is an indoor pool area with warm water, open in the afternoon, and a jacuzzi. The hotel rooms are clean. The amenities are okay. Those used to shower gel might have to adjust, as they only provide bar soap for washing hands and bathing. Overall, I'd come back again. The kids loved it and didn't get bored even without gadgets all day because there were so many activities to choose from.

Overall, it's good. However, access from the lobby to the rooms involves a lot of stairs, which can be quite tiring if you're carrying a lot of luggage. Please also provide a bellboy in the future. Thanks.

Upon check-in, we were given a room on the first floor. The view was terrible because it was blocked by plants. The shower head was broken. How could both rooms have the same shower head? Some of the table furniture was peeling, and the lampshade above the bed was also completely loose. Please correct this with the hotel. We paid the same price, you know, the rate. Weekend rates aren't that cheap either. If the room isn't ready to be sold, please keep it, or sell it at a discount. The hotel has a wide variety of children's play facilities, so the children were happy. Hopefully, it will be even better in the future. Thank you.

There were rats in the room, and we were given the facility to move rooms, but the new room was also lacking in cleanliness.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The service is good. It's disabled-friendly.

The executive rooms are quite spacious, with mountain views. The food is tasty but lacking in variety, especially the children's menu. The dining area is also inadequate, exposed to the hot sun and lacking in decor, making it difficult to enjoy meals at a leisurely pace, as the heat can be quite intense.

The cabana has a private pool, it's fun to stay here.

The staff is very helpful when there are lost items in the pool area, lots of play facilities for children, lots of types of swimming pools.

It's so much fun, a paradise for children's games, you can karaoke with 3 songs, there's a jacuzzi and a free rainbow slide.. So happy.. The breakfast menu is also complete and delicious. You can swim as much as you like, there are lots of slides... Take a warm shower.

Kids are happy in the hotel, lots of rides

The hotel was nice, but check-in was delayed by 30 minutes, even though it was already 3:00. The room was clean, but perhaps because of the rush, some trash wasn't picked up. But it was all worth it. For that price, getting a presidential suite is definitely worth checking out.

Everything is great. When I was a kid, it was very different, not the same as now. It's nicer, better maintained. Take the cheapest package, the superior, for a little over 1 million. You get 2 free passes to the theme park rides. The rides are integrated with the hotel. So, the central lobby has a pool. Next to the pool is the breakfast area, integrated with the rides. Actually, there are quite a lot of rides. But the problem is, the only free rides are for ages 8 and 130 cm. My three children are all in junior high school, teenagers 13 and 14. I wanted to use my 5-year-old brother, who is too young. He didn't dare to go on the extreme rides. In the end, we were confused about what to do there, only being able to rent the badminton court and basketball court and dance, which are free. Other than that, because we are heavier and older, we ended up paying 20-30 thousand per person for rides for teenagers. So sad, I wanted it free but it was a waste. Shooting games cost 20 thousand, archery games cost 20 thousand. Wave games cost 30. Going down a bit, there was an offer to enter JP 1. Add 40 thousand. Finally, we went down. At the ticket counter, it turned out that the 40 thousand was only the free one brought from the hotel. The companion was still charged the full 120,000/person. We asked if we couldn't just pay per ride if we wanted to play, sis, we also companions were lazy to go on scary rides like that. They said no. Whether we want to go on or not, we pay 120/person. Oh, it's a shame. We were companions of 4 people. The 3 people who were accompanied spent 700 thousand alone even though we didn't play. Suggestion. There is a companion fee to enter, right? We only accompany them, not play. In the end, many people didn't want to, it seems like yesterday it was quiet in JP 1, the one from the flower club. Then the second one should have been informed that the free rides were only for ages 5-8. So the public doesn't assume it's for all ages, pre-teens. If they knew this, it would be expensive, 1 million rupiah for a superior room with a small bed, but they still can't use the free ticket. So it's like changing rooms, not like a vacation... I'm sorry for any feedback. The staff is friendly. Check-in is at 3:00.

There are plenty of games, but they should really be clear about which ones are free and which ones are paid. Cleanliness is fine, just like it was 20 years ago when I stayed with my parents.

No need to go anywhere, just stay at the hotel and you'll be satisfied playing. The facilities are very complete.
