I rented two rooms. One room had a serious air conditioner leak. I only found out in the middle of the night that the room was flooded with mud because there were no rags. It was already very late when I tried to call the front desk. We filed a complaint, but no compensation was given. This shouldn't happen because it's very uncomfortable. It could cause someone to fall because it's in the middle of the room.

(-) There is no handle for the toilet bidet. The 'making up room' sign was put up during the day, but it still hadn't been cleaned until evening. I immediately called the receptionist and finally it was cleaned. There should have been 4 towels, but there were only 3 and 1 was a small towel so when checking out I had a misunderstanding and thought the towel was missing. (+) Complete amenities and you can watch Netflix for free. The large bed can fit 3 people even though you only booked for 2.

A highly recommended hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with complete amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere. A plus point is the staff, who are all very friendly and responsive, and provide excellent service from check-in to check-out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The price was affordable, but the facilities weren't cheap. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip.

The staff and security were friendly, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the rooms seem to need a lot of work. The bathroom had stagnant water, and the area under the bed was filthy, as if it hadn't been swept or vacuumed in a long time. The windows were also dirty. The strategic location is convenient, close to various culinary spots and the town square.

The staff were friendly except for the staff when I checked in. They were rude and took care of themselves.

The room I was staying in at the time had a good bed and bathroom, decent ventilation, and decent amenities. The only downside was the bathroom wasn't very clean, and the water was yellow, making it unsuitable for use.

Great location, in the city center. It's a bit uncomfortable because all the rooms in this hotel are smoking rooms (according to the receptionist), even though we don't smoke. The floor feels shaky, and the window supports are rotting. It's a bit scary, isn't it?

Strategically located in the city center. Close to everything. The hotel is comfortable and makes for a good night's sleep. Hot water is available, but it takes a while. Cleanliness is okay. However, there are no idle power outlets for ironing or charging your phone. If you want to, unplug the lights first. Motorcycles are safe and guarded by security.
