This has been my favorite hotel since 2016. It remains comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly. The room amenities are also very complete, and the price is relatively affordable.

Recommended for staycation with family, especially for those with small children, highly recommended because there is a bathtub. The location is very strategic, in the city center. Close to the mosque, coin laundry, city point, alfamidi, just walk. The food all tastes seasoned, delicious. The room is also soundproof. The downside is the wardrobe doesn't have a freshener, so it smells a bit musty, and the TV picture is not very good anymore, the AC needs to be cleaned in room 310 because it's not cold enough. The refrigerator is great, cold, everything put in drinks is cold. For everything else, everything is good.

When I checked in, the blanket didn't look like it had been changed. The next day, I went out to ask for a room cleaning, but it wasn't replaced, and instead, it was turned inside out. I've stayed here many times, almost every month, but this was the first time I was so disappointed.

A very comfortable hotel, located in the city center. Furthermore, there's a mosque in front of the hotel, allowing Muslims to pray in congregation, even making morning prayers more solemn. To the right are dining options and a laundry service.

I like it here because everything is great. From the prices to the service, everything is top-notch.

Overall all great and awesome. Staff are friendly and fast.. Ordering 2 rooms with breakfast was worth it..... As expected.. Clean.. The only thing that didn't match the picture was the swan towel, it wasn't there.. haha.. The restaurant design is simple but modern and well-arranged.. The food is delicious.. suits the taste of millennial parents and gen alpha kids.. there are omelets and their accompaniments... there's gudeg, fried rice with nuggets. their accompaniments... cereal crunch.. toast and their accompaniments.. In front there is a large mosque..

I highly recommend staying here, as the staff are very friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was exactly what I booked. I just arrived from Bandung and stayed here for two nights. The price was quite affordable, and I stayed in two rooms for two nights. Breakfast was included, and the food was delicious. The staff is friendly, the security guard is very friendly and polite. The room is clean, comfortable, Smart TV free Netflix, YouTube. The location is very strategic, guys. Overall, it's the best, we've stayed at Pacific Hotel twice. Hopefully it will continue to be maintained and hopefully the staff will also prosper. Luvvv sekebon!

I was satisfied with my stay here. The hotel staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick. The food was also delicious. I planned to stay here to take my father for a check-up at Restu Ibu Hospital, but next month I'll just stay here for my next planned hospital check-up.
