Food is OK, rooms are not clean, there is always a pool of water in the bathroom, maybe from the tap or what is leaking, No AC and no WiFi (when asked by WiFi, the staff said if error).

The service is good and friendly, but unfortunately the rooms are dirty and neglected, it is better for the maid staff to clean the room every day, replace damaged items in the room, poorly maintained, feels dirty for a price not comparable to the state of the room.

Dirty room. I hope that if you do not want to close it, you can immediately improve the quality of service, friendly employees. Just don't seem to want to improve the quality of the room. Cleanliness around the heliconia room is not good. but, the restaurant, lake and swimming pool area is quite well organized. Good supporting facilities: flying fox, atv, archeru, paint ball, nearby. Enough to pamper various activities for children and families, or even for office gatherings. The menu that is served is relatively not comparable with the pricenya.

I stayed in a floor type room. So far, it's good, it's just a pity there is no refrigerator, for ordinary service.

At the end of the year, I have booked the full rest of this room because of the green view. The view is peaceful and the only room is the access is rather difficult if you want to go to the pool & restaurant. The room facilities are okay, the TV channels are plenty, the bed is big, the wardrobe is big, it's just a shame the bathroom looks yellow-yellow on the bathroom wall and one more wifi doesn't reach this room. . The women's restrooms in the pool area and in the restaurant smell very uncomfortable. The restaurant waiter is friendly and deft, the canoe paddle is friendly, polite and very informative. Next plan to come here again to try the magnolia / azalea room.

This accommodation is nice, spacious and comfortable.

The restaurant has a lot of flies and candles are not prepared for the table, the food variants are also lacking and the ordinary taste is nothing special. For the room / villa, it's spacious and the view is good overlooking the rice fields, but the toilet is rather difficult to flush.

Nice place for short escape with family. Big pool unfortunate cold water, pleasant room and private jacuzzi to enjoy with a whole family. Varies breakfast, cilok kuah is a must try 😁. A lot of facilities for having fun such as atv, high rope, paint ball, archery.

Staying here is quite pleasant, it's just that cleanliness still needs to be improved, breakfast here is also less satisfying. Games for children there are ATV, paint ball and archery. It must pay to play this.

We stayed 2 days in early Jan 2020. I got no high expectation since I knew that Kamojang is a local hotel. The food is good, but the bed is quite dusty when we checked in. Seemed like no guest came in for long time in that room. The outbond location is all off, no satisfying answer from the duty officer. The only unit standby is canoe play on the lake and feeding the fish. The canoe guard has awesome service. Overall rate of the hotel is average, we might come back again to the place in future.

When entering the room, it smells bad. Enter the bathroom, there are some spots less clean. maybe the service will be improved again, especially in the restaurant.

View and place are right according to the budget. Sorry to say but yeah ... The food isn't really 😶

After checking out of the hotel next door, I arrived at this hotel at 12.00, at that time many guests wanted to check in too. I ask if I can check in? Only answered 2 words "can not". Then I eat first to the restaurant in this hotel until 14.30. When I returned to the lobby there were no guests who wanted to check in again (all were in) and when I asked if my room was ready? Apparently not yet, and they seemed to be in a panic in a hurry to clean up the rooms that had not been taken care of. Finally I was able to enter at 15:00. The employees here are lazy, I have seen guest rooms that check out earlier at 12.00, the door to the room was only opened and not cleaned. Employees instead play ping-pong casually downstairs. In the restaurant too, ordering food there are no employees only 1 person who is on guard, when I want to pay in the cashier it turns out there are dozens of employees and are chatting all near the cashier. My advice should be installed cctv and monitored by the owner. The door to the balcony is not tight and there are many gaps, flies and mosquitoes that enter the room a lot.

The place should be good, unfortunately many are not maintained, the playground, the rooms. Needs a lot of renovation, honey.
