The room was just like that. The staff, including security, were friendly. Breakfast was quite good. The ambiance was nice and beautiful. I forgot my ID card and had already returned home, but they helped me get it delivered. Thank you, Rizen Hotel.

Not fit to be a hotel, a dirty place that smells of mold, the AC is broken.

Book a room for your sister. The building is located below the 2nd floor, access is in front of the playground. The hallway is a bit narrow. The room is quite spacious but the walls are a bit loose, the children's clothes get white when they lean on it. And there are not enough tissues. The rest is okay, there is a bathtub. The water heater is on.

I booked a room for my sister for 330,000 Rupiah, and it turned out to be a nice, clean room. The only downside was the extra bed's slightly smelly blanket. The water heater worked well, the amenities were complete, and it was close to the balcony, offering views of the city lights at night and the mountains in the morning. Awesome!

There are three main buildings. We got a room in the building to the right of the entrance. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the AC leaking, even though the staff said it was new. Eventually, we were moved to another room of the same type. The room was quite spacious, with complete amenities. However, the blanket was a bit dirty (yellow), perhaps due to age. Unfortunately, we didn't try the food there because we chose a room without breakfast.

The room was clean, the service was good, and the pool was well maintained. However, I'd recommend avoiding granite tiles in the bathroom, as they're slippery and can be dangerous if you slip. In my room, the bathroom seemed to have a leak under the toilet, which can be fixed.

The hotel is actually comfortable, but it's poorly maintained, with many ceilings damaged and cupboards broken but not repaired. This ultimately makes the room and the view dirty. Overall, it's comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Early check-in is allowed. Thank you, Rizen Hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights, got a ground floor room with a direct view of the pool. So far, the service at this hotel has been good; all the staff are friendly and helpful. There's quite a variety of food choices. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM, but by 8:30 AM when we went down to the restaurant, most of the food was already sold out. Also, almost 80% of the rice and other dishes were cold, making it uncomfortable, especially for the kids. Our room was also very noisy with the AC blowing. Luckily, my kids were able to sleep despite the noise.
