The hotel atmosphere is spooky, like an abandoned hospital. The hotel is big but the staff is deserted and only one person!!! There is no security. Entering the hotel room smells of dirty sheets and pillowcases, like they have never been changed, like a single-use room. The bathroom towels are also like rags, like not like in other hotels, dirty. Then the TV has no picture, all over ants. Asking for repairs is told they can't. Asking for a room change is said to be full, many bookings even though the hotel is very quiet, only one person staying in the room. Parking is also deserted, like I want to test my courage. Not long after I immediately checked out. The room is really bad, the facilities are not good 👎

The staff was very nice, but the room was kinda messy. I didn't expect it would turn out to be like that. The room needs some touch-up; the air in the room was so uncomfortable. I hope it could get better after renovations.

15 hours water outage. Once available, it is dirty for an hour. Moldy wall. Building is old and not well maintained. For the 300k per night, it is a rip-off.

The amenities were quite complete and all worked well. The bathroom was clean and had hot water. The staff was friendly and responsive when needed. The location is strategic, making it easy to find food and other places around the hotel. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here. Definitely recommended, and I would stay here again if I have the chance! ⭐

I booked for 3 nights, but on the third day (only 2 nights), I was rushed to check out. I thought I'd made the wrong booking, but it turned out they had a mistake in their records. When I tried to check in, they also said my booking wasn't there. I showed them my app, and after a while, they found my booking. I don't know what system they're using to mess up their records.

There's a lack of hotel staff on standby at the reception, and it's difficult to find other hotel staff for assistance. Yesterday, the first check-in was made to wait for an hour. The staff on standby at the reception were going back and forth between guests' rooms, while the staff should have remained on standby at the reception desk to handle other guests. It was a shame. Overall, the location of the hotel was okay, the staff were friendly, and the room was large. However, the condition of the bedsheets in the room seemed to need to be replaced because there were stains that made it uncomfortable to look at. Also, the water in the toilet was salty, so it felt like bathing in seawater 🙏🏻.

I've only stayed in a hotel once in Bali. The bath water was saltwater/seawater.

I've stayed here several times, but sometimes I get a different room than I booked. The room is damp, but the staff is friendly.

When I checked in, I was given a corner room where the staff was constantly yelling. I was supposed to stay there for two nights, but I checked out that night because the female staff member was crying next to my room. And while I was taking a nap, my room was suddenly opened without knocking (without asking permission). That's really bad hospitality.

Stayed for 6 days, the room was never cleaned even though we asked for it to be cleaned. Very bad.

The room lock is hard to open, and the salt water after a shower makes you feel sticky, like you've been in the ocean. I'll reconsider staying here.
