The hotel staff and security are friendly, the rooms are clean... the best in general and it is the hotel of choice when on holiday.

A very comfortable budget hotel, the location is close to all the eateries, so it's easy to go anywhere. On the last day, we were supposed to get breakfast, but I was too lazy to go down so I didn't have time to try the hotel restaurant. And I had already planned to eat elsewhere. Hehe.

The service is friendly, the hotel is clean, only the TV can't turn on. But all is ok.

Strategic location, still in the city center.

The place is good and the staffs are friendly. However, the room is not that clean, especially the beddings. There are lots of stains.

The TV is no longer suitable for use.

with the condition of the old bed, it sounds like the wood is about to come loose when we get on the bed. There is no hot water, tea and sugar available.. that price is quite expensive. Even a hotel like RedDoorz 180 has a water heater.

if for couples okay but if for families lacking. the first is the price of the room I booked is quite expensive and does not match the facilities provided, the bed is already creaking the room lights are too dark same as the bathroom, then the shower also has no hot water, the water cooker is already there are glasses but where is the coffee ma'am 😅, two weeks before check in I booked but I could only get a room in the lower room 😅 view of the road wall

I have stayed here twice, it turns out that the bathroom water heater is dead. At night the sound from the next room is loud. Wifi and TV are not working properly. Even the TV at home has far more channels than the hotel TV channels. But for breakfast, it is delicious. Please ask the management to improve the facilities.

Always comfortable staying here for almost a week or more staying at this hotel. The room is clean, comfortable and not noisy.

The room is clean, the location is affordable wherever you want to go. Comfortable to stay here. Every holiday to Batam always stay here.

The hotel staff is friendly, when checking in the floor has just been mopped (wet). The basement room needs to be improved again regarding comfort for guests such as mattresses (pillows, blankets). I think this hotel is already under OS management, there should be improvements.

When I entered the room, the door was still open, but there was no hot water for bathing.
