The security is friendly, can joke around, helps provide special information for us guests from out of town, the hotel receptionist is friendly, the fried rice breakfast is really delicious, the room and bathroom when I tried to poke it with my finger there was no dust at all, shiny, the lunch place is close, 20 meters away there is a restaurant, even a coffee shop where cigarette smokers hang out right in front of the hotel, the place to shop for branded bags is also close, just walk.

The hotel is in the middle of the market, but it's really nice. The rooms are spacious, and most importantly, the breakfast is really delicious. It doesn't have much variety, but it's tasty and hot. Overall, I really liked it and would stay again if I ever come to Batam.
