Amazing stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations.

A hotel I'll be visiting again with my family. The location is very strategic, close to everything. All the staff are friendly. However, yesterday I got room 516, and the electricity kept going off, so every time I tried to make hot water, it kept going off. My husband had to turn it on himself several times, only to find out that the fuse had blown. Maybe you could check that again. Thank you🙏😊

Soft bed, powerful shower, cold AC, easy parking, access to the airport and the beach is quite close. Maybe I will come back again...

The best experience staying at this hotel. There's a PS4 and Xbox, plus a private pool. It's so awesome. The food is also really good, and the staff is very friendly ❤️

My 4D3N stay was truly memorable. All of the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. One experience that really stood out was during breakfast when I accidentally left my phone behind. While I was looking for it, I noticed the staff proactively asking other guests if anyone had lost a phone. I found this to be a very thoughtful and professional gesture, and I truly appreciated it. The breakfast food was delicious and well-prepared, although the menu was a bit repetitive, which made it slightly monotonous over time. That said, I still enjoyed the food very much. I traveled with my parents, and they absolutely enjoyed their stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel grounds are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to the city and many nearby local souvenir and food spots such as pia e*ji, pie susu e*ak, bab*i guling, ayam tempong, and more. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bali.

The service was excellent, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. I booked the wrong room type, but the receptionist immediately helped me upgrade and offered to see the room first before upgrading. Good job. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Golden Tulip, a kid-friendly and aesthetic hotel. The food menu is varied. Just a suggestion, please double-check the availability of soap because yesterday we ran out of liquid hand soap and instead, they replaced it with bar soap.

comfy hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast

The room was quite small, for that price. It's not soundproof, i can hear people talking and even walking outside the room. The loo was a bit smelly i tought it was because of the water. Even if i got no view, at least CLEAN THE GOD DAMN GLASS. Disgusting. The carpet in the room looks filthy. The security at night wasn't friendly. The staff should learn more about the hotel's landscape so we don't have to walk thru wrong lift that is far from our room. I'm sorry to write such a bad review, but this is what i experienced. I expected more.
