Tl:dr : won’t recommend this villa to others.
First, when checking in and being escorted to the villa, the staff just opened the door and disappeared. There was no offer to carry the suitcases. Even because we booked 2 villas, we didn’t know which one was the other villa and ended up just opening the villa next to where we parked the car.
The first incident, in the room there was a price list of items that if damaged had to be replaced. But when we checked, the items on the list were not all in the villa, and when we asked the Front Office (FO) whether all the items on the list were definitely in the room or not, they just dodged it and said they didn’t know and blamed the cleaning service (CS). And when we opened the closet, we found dirty towels that hadn’t been cleaned. Should the guests confirm this with the CS themselves??
On the third night, when we returned to the villa, it turned out that our room hadn’t been tidied up at all. There were no additional amenities, not even mineral water. The same incident happened again, the FO didn’t want to be blamed and said, “we just changed shifts, and the one who should have replaced them is the CS.” This is the first time I have come to a hotel where the staff does not communicate with each other.
When we contacted the manager, we were asked whether we hung up a tag to be cleaned or not. Even though the day before we didn't hang it up, our room was cleaned. So what is the SOP for this villa?
So even though the villa is nice, the hospitality here is very bad. So, I won't recommend this place to others.
