The atmosphere is pleasant. I specifically requested a room on the upper floor, but they didn't give it to me. That's okay. It's beautiful and cool. Thank you for your service. I hope to come back here again.

Beautiful atmosphere, wide and beautiful views

I really liked it, I'll stay again next time. An affordable hotel with complete facilities, fast Wi-Fi, delicious food, comfortable, cool, and the kids loved the pool.

The room is very spacious, because it is in the form of a resort, I swear this is really cool, there is a shuttle bus, the view is great, the air is clean, the staff are friendly, quick and on point, my child had a fever at night, they were willing to provide a solution, Masyaa Allah Thank you Kusuma Argo staff, next time I will definitely stay here again, besides here there is fruit picking, water park, feeding feed, the natural attractions are quite complete even though you have to pay again, but it is not expensive... the food is also delicious... it is clean too

Check-in and check-out were very easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming to all ages. It was absolutely amazing, the room and bathroom were incredibly clean, and the sheets smelled great. The AC was cool. The Wi-Fi was good. The mattress and pillows were soft. The breakfast was the best, so delicious. I highly recommend staying at the Kusuma Agrowisata Hotel if you're in Batu. You won't regret it. Keep up the good work, and hopefully there will be lots of discounts, haha.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the rooms were neat and clean. There were plenty of restrooms in every public area. There was also a prayer room near the room. The hotel staff was willing to help me jump-start my car battery, as it had a dead battery on the way home.

The check-in process took a while, but it was well worth it with the beautiful surroundings. The room was quite far from the lobby and had to be shuttled. The restaurant and pool were top-notch. It's absolutely fantastic. If you're in Batu, you must stop by here. Highly recommended. Thank you, Kusuma Agrowisata.

Strategic location. Clean, tidy, and comfortable. Slow Wi-Fi. Poor cell phone signal on all carriers. Restaurant menu lacks variety. Average taste. Food refills take a long time. Overall, the hotel is budget-friendly.

Very satisfied with the service, the location is in the middle of the city, just walk to the trendy locations.

Staying here for 1 night was quite pleasant, the room was quite spacious with 3 single beds, but there was no refrigerator in the room. The soap was made 3 in 1 with shampoo, without any bar soap anymore. Luckily we brought our own soap and shampoo. What was less pleasant was the food, the taste was quite okay but the variations were not as many as other hotels. There were no small cakes here, and if we added 1 person for breakfast it would cost 80 thousand (it didn't feel worth it) with only a few foods. Even though the dining room was large, like a party room. If possible in the future, the variety of food could be added, there were small cakes, donuts, and so it would be more interesting. Oh yeah, if the food is already a little bit, add more immediately, I arrived there at 07.45 and there was only a little chicken porridge left. In fact, there was no omelet or potato because the food was placed indoors and outdoors. Not very good at arranging it. Thanks

a little disappointed, when checking in on June 30, 2025, could not have breakfast and dinner at the Hortensia restaurant because it had been booked by another party for the next 3 days, even though if the hotel had informed us in advance, we would have submitted a reschedule. For facilities, location and service are good.

Comfortable room, strategic location

Actually, this is the umpteenth time we have stayedcation at Kusuma Agrowisata. Since the beginning when my first child was still a toddler (about 15 years ago) until yesterday when we came here again. I am increasingly amazed by the facilities here. The rooms are always comfortable with friendly staff, and the breakfast is quite delicious. Will be back soon Kusumaa….
