Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my child (Family Room). On the first day, I complained about the Wi-Fi and TV not connecting. On the second day, I also complained directly to the receptionist about the Wi-Fi. That night, I also complained, but no one took it seriously, and I checked out without Wi-Fi or TV. There was no hair dryer. On the first day of check-in, there were cockroaches and ants in the bathroom, and no one cleaned it. On the second and third days, there were lots of ants and mosquitoes, even though the door was closed.

the food is not tasty, the room is not soundproof

This is our second year of experience, as a place to stay for Forestra 2025 activities. Atmosphere/Facilities: The atmosphere is calm, friendly, and comfortable for resting. Food: The breakfast menu is varied and delicious, not just any food. Staff Assistance: The staff are very helpful in providing information needed, both regarding hotel facilities and the surrounding area. Price: The price is quite reasonable considering the facilities, location, and service. Location: The location is quite good, not far from restaurants, close to ATMs, Indomaret, and the police station, which increases the sense of security.

The hotel is beautiful and tidy. However, because it's made of wood, the sound of people climbing the stairs and the sound of motorbikes on the main road can be heard very clearly.

It's best if there are parents, don't give them a very high mattress.... my mom fell twice when getting out of bed. Please reconsider the height of the mattress. because it's quite dangerous for children and parents. for other things it's still okay. thank you, the staff are friendly and very helpful, thank you. 🙏

In essence, I was disappointed. The exorbitant price didn't match the room. It's customary for prices to be raised during holidays, but they don't match it. They gave me an old building. I didn't want to and ended up moving to a more decent room, rather than pouting and increasing the room price. Rather than regretting it and already paying! And one more thing, the food wasn't delicious and there wasn't much variety, the breakfast was just average and didn't match the hotel price. My next stay was at a hotel that was clearly fake and didn't match the photos. It's a habit of hotels when it comes to room photos, etc. And in the end, it was a dud when I arrived! I definitely won't be staying at this hotel again! There are many drawbacks for the exorbitant price! Sorry, that's just my personal experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. We chose the upstairs room, which felt like staying in a treehouse because it was all wood. It was a refreshing experience. The hotel is the closest to all the tourist attractions in Lembang. It's right next to an Indomaret, so it's convenient if you need anything. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast menu is less varied but tasty.

I've stayed here twice because it's close to tourist attractions in Lembang. However, the room cleanliness is a bit lacking.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, but usually every hotel provides slippers, staying in an executive room the floor is really cold, I asked for hotel slippers but they never came... but overall the facilities are satisfactory

all the staff are nice, complete facilities for children, clean rooms, only the restaurant for breakfast needs to be improved, definitely recommend

Friendly service, there is a swimming pool & children's playground, suitable for families with small children.

The hotel has a clean but small swimming pool. For the classic parking view type, it is not recommended because it is noisy and you can hear the sound of vehicles passing by, so I couldn't sleep all night and the breakfast didn't taste very good.
