The hotel is comfortable to stay in, the rooms are spacious, clean, customer service is fast and responsive and it is also close to any location.

Coincidentally, we had an event in Palembang and stayed here because it was easy to get everywhere, right in the city center. However, we were a little disappointed. They said we could check in early, but when we got there, they didn't, claiming the rooms were full. So, we had to find another hotel to prepare for the event. We were really hoping for an early check-in, but that wasn't possible. Other than that, this hotel is great and affordable.

The room was clean and fragrant, the food had a lot of variety, it was worth staying 2 nights at Azza, it was very memorable.

The room atmosphere is not comfortable, so the walls of the room need to be repainted.

Clean and close to the mall, breakfast is good

The first time I stayed there was good, I got a room with a window, but the second time I stayed there I was a bit disappointed because I was given a room without a window and the room was far away at the end and a bit scary, plus it was in the middle of the night when it sounded like someone was knocking on the door 🫣🫣

The best, only some of the staff were less friendly. I wish everyone was as friendly as in the lobby.

The room was quite satisfactory and the staff were friendly enough, only the sheets had a few holes and the teapot and glasses were not clean enough, and the TV was not a smart TV.

The location is strategic, close to everywhere. The parking lot is quite spacious. The room is quite comfortable and clean. Clean water, clean bathroom, cold air conditioning. There is also hot water for bathing. Ordering fried rice and celor noodles also tastes good, quite cheap, but it takes a long time to cook. In the room there are already 2 free mineral water bottles, toothbrushes, and soap. There are 2 glasses (a bit smelly) and an electric kettle. The breakfast is quite good, worth it for the price. The downside is, there are no towels, I have asked for towels by phone but they were not delivered. Ants come easily, if there is a little food dropped on the floor, ants will immediately come. I was hesitant when I came because the gutter in front smelled really bad, worried that the water inside would smell, but it didn't. It's comfortable.

The hotel is in the city center near the LRT station and mall. For standard food, refills take a long time. At 8 am the food was all gone. There was only 1 employee in the restaurant. Please fix the bathroom door handle for room 406, the aluminum is lifted, and yesterday my finger was scratched because of it. The refrigerator in the room also needs to be serviced, the snow in the refrigerator has piled up, and it has not been cleaned.

The only thing to note is that the water in the sink is a bit smelly. Otherwise it's very good.
