Stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing. Rooms are tidy, staff are friendly and helpful, near main road Pejanggik, next to Mataram mall and street foods. Price wise and definitely come back if I have a business trip in Mataram.

Very disappointing. Not in accordance with the booking with the reality at the hotel. Even asked for additional costs again.

Kebersihan ok, pelayanan ok, keramahan ok, lokasi strategis. Saran mungkin baiknya dipertimbangkan untuk menyiapkan sarapan pagi.

Close to the shopping center of Mataram Mall and the culinary center around Cakranegara. Please note that the cleanliness of the hotel is maintained, the bed cover is changed to white and provide a foot towel.
