Very good, close to the mall and city center

I've been a subscriber since 2019, and the comfort has been consistent. From the security guards to the service staff, they're all excellent.

The hotel staff are all friendly and kind, unfortunately, many of the rooms need repairs because the walls are black because the AC is leaking so the room smells musty, the sink is leaking, the curtains smell, it's a shame that the owner doesn't pay enough attention to the comfort of the residents... please, Sampit Residence, improve itself...

The hotel is comfortable and in a very strategic location, close to Blok M, making it easy to get everywhere. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable overall, but unfortunately, the sofa in the room had sagged a bit, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The free unlimited water was a big plus. Overall, it was still comfortable and worth the stay.

Strategic location for culinary around Blok M, just walking distance. Parking for cars and motorbikes is proper, it won't get wet. Deluxe room is okay, the bed doesn't make noise, the AC is cold, there is a refrigerator, there is a smart TV (Netflix must be logged in with your own account). Overall okay, the downside is there is no breakfast.

The first time I came here it was comfortable, that's why I came again, but when I booked 2 rooms for a staycation yesterday, there was no hot water in the bathroom, I reported it twice to the staff but there was no action at all until finally the checkout time was late.

AC is not cold, shower is broken, roof is leaking

the staff are friendly and helpfull. but i think for those who are muslim, the room was really narrow to perfom prayer. in another hand, its really nice to stay there because it nears to mall. the room was also clean

It seems like the maintenance is getting worse. A few months ago, we even asked to move rooms because the AC wasn't cooling. It turned out the same thing happened yesterday, but we didn't ask because it was already late at night. The refrigerator was broken. The shower drain was also clogged, taking a long time to drain. It's a shame that the strategic and comfortable location doesn't match the quality of each room.

We stayed with some friends (9 rooms) enjoying the hotel, nice and clean.

The AC wasn't cooling, and there was a leak. The technician fixed it, but it wasn't cooling to its full capacity. The most disappointing thing was the smelly mattress and pillows, the yellow towels, and some of them were torn. The room was stuffy because the AC wasn't cooling enough. While the location of this accommodation is excellent, the cleanliness of the hotel is very poor.

The staff is very friendly, the bathroom and toilet are very clean, but unfortunately the pillows are very flat so it's hard to sleep. 😭

The place to stay is highly recommended. The place is comfortable and close to Blok M mall.

near Blok M Plaza...for those who want to heal in the Blok M area, it's nice, overall ok...aiming for the bathtub, there's hot water and it's clean too but unfortunately the shower hose is broken
