Friendly staff, fairly spacious rooms.

The hotel was clean, and the furniture was clean and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable and didn't sag. The room was also very clean and not damp, which is very important. There was a water dispenser in the hallway.

It's far from the noise so it's a nice place to rest, there's no AC but it's already very cool... there's no swimming pool but there's a small playground for toddlers. It's a shame that when I stayed I got a room facing the garden so the view wasn't as aesthetic lol so far it's worth it for that price. There's also a choice of breakfast menus.

I've stayed here many times, every time I go on holiday to Puncak I always book this hotel, it's kids friendly, the breakfast is delicious, there are lots of choices, the room area is all clean, cool, the view is good, the staff are friendly 👍

I can say that this is the most comfortable hotel during my stay when traveling to Puncak. The room is clean, comfortable, cool even without AC, delicious food, decent view, only 1 drawback, no swimming pool. If there was a swimming pool, it would be perfect.

Second time staying at this hotel, the hotel is comfortable, not noisy, the bed is comfortable to sleep in, the view is nice, the air is cool, only the taste of the breakfast has decreased compared to a year ago when I was here. please pay attention to the taste of the food, before the fried tempeh with flour was delicious, now the fried bala bala is also tough. . Yesterday, a long holiday on May 11, we stayed overnight, the price was 400 thousand including breakfast. Riding because we knew the Puncak area would be very congested. The location of the hotel is not too far from the Puncak Cinjur highway, near the village, the atmosphere is cool and pleasant for healing. On the highway before entering the hotel there are several stalls, we bought chicken and duck pecel for dinner. The room is spacious, the water heater works well. This is what surprised us the most, we just found out that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, hehehe. But no need to be afraid of getting hot, just open the large glass door, the cold outside air is enough to make us shiver hehehe. Oh yeah, there are no mosquitoes if the window is opened, we happened to get a room on the 2nd floor. The position of the room is right near the exit to the motorbike parking lot. The staff is friendly, we were able to check in before 14.00 because the weather at Puncak was rainy at that time we went straight to the hotel from the tourist spot. This is what makes this hotel lacking, the taste of the main dishes, for me it's okay, there are quite a few choices hehehe. There are toast, cereal, watermelon (fruit), drinks (coffee, tea, water, guava juice), chicken porridge. Well, the main food needs to be made delicious, because yesterday the fried rice was hard and there was no chili sauce, the side dishes were simple, there were fried chicken, fried sausages and fritters and crackers. For me, that's enough. There are children's play areas and horses are provided in the morning, but if there was a swimming pool it would be more fun.

1. The bathroom smells really bad of cigarettes even though I requested non-smoking. Oh yeah, and there are so many ants. I don't know why. 2. The bedroom is a bit damp 3. In my opinion, the breakfast taste and variety are lacking. according to the price. 4. The facilities are so-so, there is no swimming pool. only a mini playground. 5. There is no AC. 6. The hot water sometimes turns on and sometimes turns off. Long wait. 7. Many of the furniture are worn out and need to be replaced

The service is very good and the room is comfortable. But the hot water sometimes doesn't turn on :( That's the only drawback. Otherwise it's really good.

The room is soooooo spacious… clean, fragrant. The bedsheet and pillowcase are clean and the bed is also big. The air is already cold so no AC is needed. There is a balcony facing the garden, then you can see the surrounding fog and at night the lights of the surrounding houses are on. It's really cool.

big room, if you bring family with children, it is better to choose the lowest room because it has direct access to the field and playground. friendly and nice staff. clean. facilities include a karaoke place. should add a warm water swimming pool. perfect!!
