It's great, close to the Ghanjaran Park tourist area, so I can recommend it, the most important thing is that the service is very friendly.

The staff is friendly, the cleanliness is quite good, but in the room I stayed in (premier), there was a problem with the cactus water pipe in the bathroom, but the technicians were quick to respond in handling it. The wifi often had errors, but on a scale of 1-10 I gave it an 8. I have stayed at Vanda with a pool view twice.

The staff are all friendly. I stayed here twice even though the room I wanted was already taken, but the other rooms were still okay, the breakfast was delicious, I like it here because the natural scenery is addictive.

Thank you Vanda Hotel for providing a place, room, good facilities that make the moment with my little family memorable and I didn't expect that I would get a very spacious room and there is a bathtub so my kids like it, Alhamdulillah setting aside some money for the kids' vacation here so it wasn't in vain. Good location, deluxe room with good garden view. Unfortunately, many of the access doors are closed so it's a long way from the room to the parking lot or to Vanda Park. The food is varied, for the night market the food and drinks are less varied. New playground available and lots of children's games.

Eid al-Adha holiday for a staycation at this hotel. Of all the things that exist, everything is good, there is no bad side. This is really a winner, the playground is also extraordinarily good. Next time I will definitely come again,

There are very few variations of breakfast food. The view is really good. It just doesn't explain which room it is in the application.

The friendly staff were very helpful because we were from Bali and didn't know the area, the hotel was nice, cool and comfortable, the view was beautiful, but unfortunately the food was lacking. At that time, we ordered fried rice and it was very salty.

Sebenernya sih fun fun saja, kamar oke lah ya harga segitu di weekend, baru tau kamarnya pakai blower ga ada AC. Tp udah dingin banget. Kolam renang sayang banget setengah 5 udah d matiin airnya, padahal itu weekend trus lantai + prosotannya licin. Anakku beberapa kali kepereset. Buat yang lain-lain oke oke Saja, sarapan juga enak with a nice view. Thanks.

Must improve customer services and more good communication. Some facilities such as TV and Wifi have troubleshoot when rain condition but there wasn't communicated to customer. After all a good enough place to stay with swimming pool for kids.
