hopefully more privacy is maintained, especially to the staff at the reception, the male receptionist is okay, the service is good, friendly and responsive, but the female receptionist, overall is actually good, only some time ago the female receptionist at Sylvia Premier was unprofessional: I and my female friend sat in the lobby then continued to the room, but the female receptionist at Sylvia Premier stared at me with a look that what... grinned... made me uncomfortable, hopefully it can be communicated, Sylvia management with the staff on duty so that this uncomfortable incident will no longer be felt. THANK YOU!!!

Every time we go to Kupang we always stay at this hotel, it's close to everywhere, but definitely close to Naikoten Market 😁 Already familiar with this hotel. Recommended!
