The sheets didn't seem clean enough. My cheeks itched when I slept, probably because of the cleaning chemicals or because the sheets weren't clean or changed. The walls were dirty, and it didn't seem like they were all cleaned. It was quiet, quiet, and free from noise. The staff were not very friendly. The only friendly ones in my opinion were the old security guard and the housekeeper. Then after checking out, they chatted to pay the restaurant bill, which I had previously confirmed and one of their staff confirmed that it had been paid. Coordination between staff was lacking. But the laundry service was the best, my clothes, towels, and sheets were very clean. The restaurant was standard.

For the room, atmosphere, and staff, it's okay, but for Wi-Fi, sorry to say, it's not really good, it's inferior to small hotels.

The hotel staff were very friendly, always willing to help, I had the convenience of being able to have breakfast early (05.30 am) when leaving for the airport. It was amazingly enjoyable staying here. Rooms are cleaned every day, linen is also changed every day. The room is spacious, and there is a bolster in the cupboard (very helpful for those who need a bolster when sleeping). Will always stay at Hotel Sylvia if I go to Maumere again. The hotel is good with a budget that can be considered, the swimming pool is clean and fresh. Unfortunately the water is not hot enough.

The hotel staff is friendly. Only the refrigerator is not cold. Changed rooms twice but the refrigerator is still not cold. There is no thermos of hot water in the room, coffee like in other hotels available in the room. Even though I have upgraded from superior to deluxe. The rest is good.

Staycation rencananya mau berenang sama anak-anak, ternyata kolam renang rusak. Saya stay di kamar ujung, wifi gak dapet dan tidak ada solusi nya. Kettle tidak tersedia di kamar, tapi ketika diminta dibawakan, namun kettle nya kotor banget jadinya gak dipake juga. Kalo kamar baik-baik aja, lumayan bersih, ada wallpaper yang udah lepas di kamar. Resepsionis, room service, restaurant, semua pegawai ramah-ramah.
