The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage because I arrived before check-in time, and when the room was ready, I just had to pick up the key. The room was also clean. The location is strategic, making it easy to get everywhere, as it's right in the city center.

The staff is friendly, check-in is easy and fast, and the receptionist is responsive. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety. Parking needs to be addressed. The more guests there are, the more vehicles there will be. Hopefully, it will improve.

Top mantap is the best, affordable price

The hotel is neat and clean, and the staff is friendly. It's recommended if you want to explore the local food scene, as there are plenty of street food stalls nearby, especially Bebek Sinjai.

I've had several staycations with my family and have always been satisfied here. I might add a little more awareness for the staff who direct motorized vehicles into the hotel parking lot because they didn't help me enter. I realized that it was busy with traffic, but at the same time, we had already turned on our motorbike's turn signal to enter. Overall, it's good, keep it up.

Decent facilities, decent comfort, close area

The staff is incredibly friendly, I can use the rooftop for meetings and order drinks even though it's not open yet.

The hotel's predominantly black color scheme, especially the elevator, creates a dark, unsanitary atmosphere. The room and bathroom looked like they needed a deep clean. The towels were frayed at the edges.

Maxone was my final choice, and it turned out to be the best. The building offers aesthetic indoor and outdoor spaces. There's a very comfortable rooftop cafe, so you don't have to go outside to hang out; just go upstairs. The room is compact, just enough for me, as long as it's clean and everything works well. The location is in the city center; Tunjungan Plaza is just a short ride away. There are plenty of legendary eateries around the hotel. Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel in the heart of Surabaya, on a budget but comfortable. BEST VALUE FOR MONEY. Just a small suggestion: the breakfast is mediocre, but for the price, it's okay.
