All the hotel staff and employees are very friendly, the food is also delicious. The service is also top, this is the first time to check out given snacks on the way. Next time will definitely stay here again.

The check-in service was very long, around 30 minutes of waiting, for the mattress blanket to be a bit dirty there was hair and dust left at the bottom, but for the service the hotel employees were very friendly.

Satisfied with the service. All the staff are friendly. When you check in, you get a welcome drink and a snack. When checking out, they were given snacks and drinks to go on and the children got books, pencils and pens. The children are happy the breakfast menu is delicious 😊 thank you for a nice holiday staying here with family and parents

Star hotel. My wife and children are very happy to stay at the hotel, apart from the room, the food is also very good. And what my family liked the most was the very good service, from the reception, to the service at the restaurant. My stay in Victoria is the umpteenth time. Please maintain it if it needs to be improved.

Friendly service, even when we checked out we were provided with snacks. Spacious rooms, old interiors, note you shouldn't have to use carpets. Breakfast is sufficient, some power plugs don't work.

Bapak Satpam membantu parkir, kebetulan sedang ada acara sehingga lokasi parkir penuh. Check in cepat dan disuguhi kue serta pilihan minuman sembari menunggu proses check in. Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Check out dikasih bingkisan kue pengalaman pertama ada hotel sampai kasih bingkisan ke customer. Kritik dan saran langsung ditanggapi manajemen hotel ke wa pribadi. Tidak ragu kasih bintang 5 untuk Hotel Grand Victoria Samarinda.
