Rooms priced above 600,000 Rupiah come with a broken water heater, analog TV, dead phone, and unwashed sheets. The rooms are extremely outdated, hardly worthy of a 4-star hotel. The receptionist also didn't explain anything about the room or its amenities. Not recommended.

Booked a room but was upgraded by the receptionist. At first I was happy. When I got to the room, the AC wasn't cold at all, resulting in a sweaty room. I asked to move rooms, the AC was okay. But the toilet flush was broken, so I called the technician again. The previous room had toilet paper and a hair dryer, but in the new room, none of that was there, it had been removed. Maybe it was broken before, but they didn't replace it. So that's it. The stay was less than impressive. And this was the first time I'd stayed at a hotel with a swimming pool, but I had to use a voucher to enter, only 2 free vouchers. I had to wait until the next day before the kids could swim too.

I liked the spacious room. The ambiance and view were great, but the restaurant staff were a bit unfriendly. The lobby staff were nice, friendly, and always smiling.

The location is centrally located. The hotel is somewhat under-maintained, possibly due to declining occupancy rates. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, dim, making the atmosphere less comfortable. A suggestion could be to maximize the floor space and improve in-room amenities, such as nightlights.

The first time I went there the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was nice and cool, but the Wi-Fi was not connected but I liked it. Recommend going there again.

Overall, it was very good. The room was quite large and very comfortable for resting. The food tasted delicious and there was quite a variety, starting from juice, there were three flavors, chicken porridge, chicken noodles, chicken soto. The main course also had many side dishes, there was fresh fruit. The only note is that the TV was still an old TV using cable TV, not many options, and the Wi-Fi network was unstable, maybe because I was on the 10th floor. But overall, I recommend staying at this hotel if you visit Jambi.
