The hotel is good and recommended, with a reasonable price.

Hotel staff is nice, close to places to eat.

Needs a total upgrade, the room conditions do not match the hotel's stars.

Quite creepy, dim lights, suddenly the smell of dead bodies in the toilet in an instant, in the middle of the night there is the sound of a baby laughing and a shadow passes by in an instant. The solution is to renovate, add lighting, upgrade the furniture to newer ones and preferably repaint it.

10th floor room 01 hot water is not working. There are mosquitoes in the room. AC makes a vibrating sound

The hotel is located in the center of Jambi city, very strategic and the service is quite good.

Even though it is an old hotel, it is still kept clean and the hotel is busy, the food has a lot of variety. It's fun.

The main light doesn't turn on, the shower water heater doesn't get hot, there are caterpillars in the KM like caterpillars that appear in damp places, the mirror in the KM has a really big red stain (?) the room telephone goes dead when I want to make a call to ask for something, only to find out if it's dead, isn't it? are there bedroom slippers (?)

Very bad hotel, not recommended

The check in process was fast, served in a friendly manner, the facilities were ok.

Dead hotel. Wall paper pealing off the walls, drapes & carpet have burn holes, light bulbs dead, furniture scratched, no maintenance; Room service only offers soup & nasi goreng.

Very comfortable and nice to stay, the staff are friendly.

I was on the 12th floor. The power outage caused the generator to not work, so I had to go down from the 12th floor using the stairs. And I didn't get any compliment for the incident.

Good hotel, recommend it to friends if you stay here.
