Very professional but friendly staff. Staff arranged for a jeep for me to visit BROMO. I had very pleasant experience.

There is no transportation facility in the hotel area. Finally, it always bothers the hotel staff to carry our medium suitcases. Maybe something like a golf car can make a difference in service. The food is very ordinary, not hot, so the impression is not delicious. Even though it is quite good. Overall, for this price, the only advantage is the location near Bromo.

A comfortable hotel for families because in one place you can get a good view, a restaurant in one area plus a children's playground. The staff are also very friendly. The food is okay 😍

I ordered Executive A room with 2 single beds (as informed on the room page). When I checked-in, I was informed that all Executive room type only have 1 double bed. I submitted complain to the receptionist and they're willing to provide extra bed in my room for free.

Lovely hotel, but check in at different place, rooms across road and restaurant different place accessible via long flight of stairs. Difficult to get transport unless your own. Nice gardens.

Resort location and view from the room was gorgeous. Our Superior Queen Room was nice and clean, but small for the price that we have paid. No closet or bag rack to place our luggage. Recommended for the view and service, but not our room.

The hotel is very large and beautiful. The atmosphere is spooky because it is quiet and there are lots of statues.

I think it's normal. Nothing special compared to the price which is quite wow. Nothing really great. Plus parking is really far away. Even though there is a service between goods from the hotel.

Amazing stay at Jiwa Jawa Resort Bromo! The hotel is super nice and clean. Their staffs are friendly and helpful. We had a smooth check-in and the receptionist gave us an upgrade to an executive room as our superior room choice was not ready yet. The room is spacious and this hotel is really cold so be sure to bring an extra pair of warmers

Lovely hotel and very relaxing. Bromo was beautiful.

Hotel location, parking lot, restaurant must cross the road, rooms are not well maintained too, shower doesn't work.

So hard to get there. Hotel did not provide any information to which direction should we take. Many guests get lost and arrive very late. Wash basin did not work properly.

The hot water heater is not stable. Sometimes it goes well sometimes it doesn't.

Nice hotel view. The location is a bit up. Really cold. Good service. Room cleanliness is quite good. Breakfast is interesting and delicious.

The hotel was very nice, beautiful and comfort with friendly staffs. The foods in belanga reataurant, rehar bromo cafe and roemah tjoklat was great and so yum. Breakfast taste need improvement but overall we were happy and please stay in Jiwa Jawa resort and surely will be back again if we visit Bromo someday

It's the second time staying here, the place is perfect and the breakfast is also delicious, the hotel is at an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level so it's really cold.
