Be careful of the smoking room trap that does not match the request in the app, they charge a fine of 1 time the check-in charge for the room price. This is very obvious if the manager & owner are tricky, it should have been confirmed beforehand that the hotel does not provide a smoking room, whether they are willing to stay. It is possible that there are many loopholes that are used to set traps for customers. At least the fine charge is a commercially reasonable effort, you know, not ignoring customer service experiences.

Amazing experience, from the beginning greeted by a friendly receptionist. Easy check in, escorted and helped with luggage. Super clean room, complete bathroom equipment. There is water and tea in the room, as well as an electric kettle. Smart TV connected to wifi. Quiet environment. Food is not too much menu, but quite tasty.

Hotel suasana vintage tapi memang hotel lama, pelayanannya bagus dan kamarnya juga cukup comfy, dekat dengan Jatim Park.

Arrived there at 9pm to check in, was told that the room could only be used for 3 people and the rest had to add a bed or pay for breakfast (there were five of us, 3 adults and 2 children), the room booked was also a family type.
