The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, the cleanliness is very lacking. For an executive class, the room is dirty. The sheets are not very clean. The floor is dusty.

For the strategic location, it is very close to Jl Raya Puncak and there is an Indomaret next to it, but the room facilities and interior are not very comfortable, the AC in the room is leaking so the water is dripping, the walls are also newly painted so it is not very dirty, for breakfast, I don't know if it is empty or if it is too late, but as long as I have tried breakfast at the hotel at 9 o'clock, the food is still there, it doesn't run out. Even though if you look at it from the outside, this hotel is good, so it would be a shame if someone is disappointed with the room

The location is strategically located on the roadside. The hotel rooms are like a guesthouse. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is decent, but lacks variety. The rooms are air-conditioned. The downside is that the sheets and blankets have stains on the bed, which looks like they haven't been washed or something. The stains can't be removed.

The hotel staff are all friendly. Room 3108 seems to need some repairs. The room lights sometimes work and sometimes don't. When it rains, there's a leak next to the wardrobe. Cleanliness, etc., are okay.
