The location is quite strategic close to Unair, the check in service is fast and friendly, the housekeeping is also good, but there is a note to the waiter at the breakfast restaurant should take the guest's plate/cutlery to see the condition of the guest whether they are still eating or have finished because yesterday when I was enjoying the food the waiter took the plate so that it reduced the comfort of eating, give a pause when the guest is seen not eating please take it. The comfort of the room is quite good but in my room 1030 the shower was removed from the wall before being used. Apart from that, the cleanliness is very good, the breakfast menu is varied, good taste, and appetizing. Satisfied with the city view room facing the railway and the ASEC Unair building.

The only downside during my stay was the electrical outlets. Many of them were loose, making them non-functional. Perhaps all rooms could be inspected and any loose ones repaired.
