I was very excited about my stay; all the facilities were excellent overall. If I may make a few suggestions, I would like to improve a few things to make them even more perfect. For example, please increase the number of channels available on the in-room television to watch while resting. And, if possible, provide slippers in the room so they can be used for activities in the room. Finally, I would like to address the issue of the door being a little difficult to close automatically, which I don't know why. Please address this quickly for the comfort of future guests. The deluxe double room is on the first floor with a queen bed, AC, a small garden, and a lobby on the second floor. The toilet shower is too strong and cannot be adjusted to reduce the flow. The smell of the drain extends outside the bathroom. The TV only has one channel, not a smart TV. The downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so if you are bringing elderly/disabled people, you should think twice about staying here. The plus is that it is within walking distance to the Clock Tower and culinary/souvenir centers.

The room was clean and comfortable, but Wi-Fi and hot drinks were not available.

The bathroom door is not closed, the sheets are dirty, if more than 2 adults sleep together, an extra bed is required.

Happy to be able to stay here, close to the Clock Tower, you can walk, hopefully next year there will be an elevator to go up to the upper floors, good luck.

Asked for a single bed but there wasn't one, the TV didn't broadcast and breakfast had no menu options and was delivered to the room.
