Very friendly and helpful hotel staff

I was a little disappointed when I stayed last night. On Sunday morning, August 3, 2025, my child and I were swimming. When I was swimming, the hotel staff reprimanded me, saying I wasn't wearing swimsuits, even though I was clearly wearing one. The reason was that there was a complaint from another guest because his wife was reprimanded for not wearing a swimsuit, so he wanted other guests to be reprimanded too. But you have to pay attention to the person being reprimanded. If the person is properly wearing a swimsuit, don't reprimand them. You can give them an excuse that we are properly wearing the clothes we are supposed to. It was crowded there, and I was embarrassed when people looked at me and my child.

Smoking rooms should be freshened up first because the cigarette smell is very strong.

Very nice and comfortable, especially for kids and the pool.

For breakfast, the place was full so we had to stand and wait for an empty chair. Management should have arranged this and the room was dusty.

The food is varied, the staff is friendly.

The rooms are spacious, the hotel is comfortable, the location is in the city center.

Overall it's ok, just pay attention when checking in so that the room can be occupied because when checking in we had to wait 20 minutes because the room hadn't been tidied up yet.

Comfortable for family for weekend

This hotel is located in the city center, close to Cinde Market and Cinde LRT Station. The food menu is varied and needs to be improved. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Easy access everywhere, close to culinary places but unfortunately we got a room with a leaking AC so the room was a bit hot and the AC water dripped on the floor.
