the swimming pool water is salty,,,, it really stings the eyes... then the lift on the left after the pool,,, should be written "not for going to the guest room / to Fwd insurance... until you get lost trying to go to the room, it turns out you took the wrong lift,, and the officer didn't tell you🤦‍♂️... for the others it's good👍

The hotel is quite comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. It's just a shame that there are no towels provided at the swimming pool. If you are asked to bring a towel from your room, it will definitely be lacking. There's no way to use a towel that smells of chlorine and then go back to your room to use it again for a shower.

Recommended if you want to vacation with your family.

The swimming pool staff are RUDE! It is mandatory to wear a swimsuit, as a result my little brother was disappointed because he was not allowed to swim! When he was about to go into the room, it turned out they rented a swimsuit, he should have told me, not to get angry!

With above average room size, it is a spacious and comfortable place to rest. It is one of the right choices if you are looking for a hotel in the middle of Palembang city.

Clean rooms, big beds, kid-friendly pool.

I don't like the staff in swimming pools.

For staying there, it was quite okay, because the family room was big, but the room key had an error. The corridor AC was not on so it was very hot.

Food/breakfast is too simple. For a hotel of this class, it's different if you stay at a hotel *. Okay, please pay more attention to the menu.

I was given an upgraded room by the receptionists, Jessica and Yogi, they were awesome.

The hotel location is pretty strategic. The food tastes pretty good. Our room is upgraded to 3 people, however the amenities are still for 2 people.

The hotel has a pretty location, easy access from and to airport using LRT. The breakfast food is amazing, a lot of variety and tasted good. One little feedback is the air conditioner is not as cold as per expected. It’s quite hot in the room.
