The service was good, the servant very helpful but I think the property need a bit maintenance, the bathroom was not in a good maintenance, room 's wall looks dirty & old.

Kali ini saya ambil room yang agak kecilan dikarenakan cuma bertiga. Yang saya suka dari Apple Villa ini adalah kenyamanannya ttempatnya tidak terlalu ramai jadi saat kami istiraht benar-benar tidak ada gangguan suara berisik atau lain sebaginya walaupun. Mau sedikit saran eksos agar dibersihkan jika diliat dari kondisinya yang sekarang eksosnya sangat kotor sekali, lalu kalo bisa setiap saat mau ada yang check in diberikan wangi-wangi aromatherapy agar tidak keliatan kalo kamar jarang dipakai. Pokoknya kalo mau liburan ke Bali dengan tempat istirahat yang komplit dan nyaman jangan pernah lupa ke Apple Villa Apartmen di jamin pasti suka, seperti saya. Terima kasih.

Good. The room is clean and we got a room with the door right in front of the swimming pool according to the picture. So it really doesn't disappoint. If you go to North Kuta, you will definitely always remember Apple Villa Apartment, because it is very strategically located and there is a coffee shop too. If you want to stay in Bali, just remember that Apple Villa Apartment is guaranteed to be satisfied. Thank You.

bedrooms and bathrooms are so clean. kitchen tools are complete except knife for cutting vegetable or something. when I stayed there, there's some fish that already moldy and that's not belong to me.

The hotel staff is very kind and friendly, but the rooms include no windows or vent holes. The walls are solid all day and night dark. The design of the building is poor. The living room and kitchen are nice, but again the rooms are bad.

Thank God, the staff was friendly and very kind, yesterday I had trouble on the bathroom door but I was told to move the room to be lifted again and the items were really good, the shortcomings were rather dim (except for the bathroom lights).

In accordance with photos, spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchens, clean pools, obstacles in the bathroom the water is pooled, the staff is friendly and responsive. Breakfast is lacking in variety, no buffet and (sorry) very standard taste. Families with children can request a pool with a children's pool. Oiya need to add facilities (clothesline)

Yes , this villa always great. Very quite clean and nice service. Only sometimes the man staff are not polite to kindly children.

The place is really comfortable for a family vacation, anyway if you go to Bali again want to stay at this villa again. I am so happy.

Villanya is perfectly ok for a big family holiday, but the waiter's response is not that good, the sink and toilet in the room are clogged up, already report to the clerk but the response is not there. But for other facilities it's okay. For Muslim families who want a holiday, do not forget to bring your own lunch because the breakfast provided hotel contains pork.

We got a different villa, not the one shown in pictures. The place is quite spacious and nice. The cleanliness can be improved. But the hospitality and breakfast are great.

One of the staffs is not really friendly, try to greet one of them but they just ignored me. I got the impression it just because i’m local and I don’t deserve a smile, but above all the place is great never thought such a place can give you so much comfort thank you.

Family holiday 12 people with 5 rooms, extra charge 100rb / org after 10org for no extra bed and breakfast. Satisfactory once for 5 rooms villa, very affordable price. Next to there indomaret so make it easy for shopping purposes. The pool is big enough, every bedroom there is tv, open kitchen can cook too. Very suitable for big family holidays .. Want to come again, satisfied. The only drawback is check out hours earlier than the usual standard at 11 noon. Late check out 12 hours since 11 o'clock already there who came to remind us immediately check out. More fun .. thanks
