I've stayed here many times, and this is the first time I've been disappointed. I got room 316, and it was fine at first, but by 8 PM the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, affecting the TV. I couldn't call reception to get a technician, but no one came to check or fix it until 9 AM. Around 5 AM, the power went out in my room. I went out and the hallway light was on, meaning the problem was only in my room. I called reception and they said the technician wouldn't arrive until 7 PM, so I was out of power for 2 hours.

My first experience staying at this 4-star hotel was quite memorable. First, I was impressed by the friendly staff, and when I opened the hotel door, the elegant scent of the room eased my fatigue and tiredness. Its location at a high altitude, yet not far from the city center, was a plus for me. With the hot temperatures everywhere, staying here is an alternative when you want to relax with your family in a cool atmosphere. For travelers on a budget who still want to feel comfortable with all the hotel facilities, consider staying at the 4-star Frontone Resort. Thank you 🩷

The hotel was nice, the staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. The amenities were quite complete, including a TV and a refrigerator. I didn't have time to try breakfast because I was there waiting for a train, so I checked out the same afternoon as I checked in.

A comfortable hotel, located somewhat within a residential area. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's live entertainment by a youth band at night. The staff is very helpful. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Semarang.

Room 326 features a city view, cool air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. Breakfast is simple, just fried rice, eggs, crackers, and hot tea. There's a swimming pool, but it's not very large.

One of Semarang's underrated hotels. The hotel is very clean, even the bathroom towels aren't worn out. The swimming pool is clean and comfortable for children. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful (including the security guard). It's a shame I didn't try the food yesterday, but maybe next time... Keep up the good work, FrontoneHK... awesome. 😀
