This was my first time booking a hotel, but I felt like I'd been pranked. When I first entered, the hotel was quiet, as if it were unoccupied. When we checked in, we were given a room on the third floor, but the receptionist said there was no elevator. Our luggage was heavy, so we tried to climb the stairs to our room, but it was so quiet and the air was uncomfortable because the lights were half-dimmed. In the end, we decided to leave and find another hotel. It was a shame we couldn't get a refund, but it was better than having a stay that felt like a horror movie.

Strategic location in the city center, unfortunately cleanliness is not well taken care of, there are still leftover food that has not been thrown away, check-in time is not flexible.

The staff was actually polite, but because we'd read other reviews that check-in was rarely on time, we deliberately arrived at 5 p.m. But even then, the room wasn't ready, and we had to wait about an hour. Cleanliness could be improved.

I've been waiting for check-in for over an hour, but there's no clarity. Even though I arrived late at night (7:30 PM). The reason the room wasn't ready yet. The outdoor AC was so loud, I couldn't sleep all night. This hotel is very far from the old city. The front building has three floors and no elevator.
