I stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, the room was very spacious, the hot water didn't work, the furniture was old, the staff was friendly, the check in and check out process was long because it was the holiday season.

First time staying here, thank God it was safe and pleasant, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the food was okay.

At first I was hesitant, but people have different tastes. As long as it's always clean, the staff is friendly, and it's not scary, then it's okay. It's good. 👍 According to its class.

I think the deposit doesn't need to be that big, our experience staying at the Ijen Suite Hotel in Malang actually had no deposit at all. Because we didn't have cash, I ended up leaving my ID card. An amazing experience to enjoy a family vacation at Batusuki Hotel and Resort. The view around the hotel is very maa syaa Allah. Overall everything is very good. Only yesterday there were no towels provided in each room. Luckily all the family brought towels.
