Staff is good and for standard hotel rooms

Very comfortable, great for me time

The location of this hotel is very strategic, especially for those who like culinary, the mall is close, parking is spacious, transportation is easy, the employees are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are decent, the AC is cold, unfortunately there is no hot water for showering, maybe a suggestion is to brush the toilet more often, especially the toilet seat, the rest is in accordance with the fairly cheap price.

the food is less varied, the rest is according to the price

The staff is friendly, the toilet is dirty and the mattress is not suitable because the springs are sticking into our bodies.

The hotel is comfortable, the service is great, next time I go to Cianjur I will definitely stay here.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean, but unfortunately there were a lot of ants on the floor. The bathroom was clean, as described in the app. The breakfast was quite good, but unfortunately there weren't many choices. It was worth it for the price. Thank you, Bydiel Hotel, for your service.

2 am, there was a loud voice of a woman with her partner, even though there were many small children staying at the hotel, I don't know whether they were doing indecent things or not, but what is clear is that the soundproofing should probably be improved, or don't make a scene, hopefully it will be better in the future, even though the location is good, the price is OK, although the cleanliness is a bit lacking

Positive: 1. Easy access and close access to Cianjur city (near Citimall) Negative: 1. The bathroom smells of urine. 2. The water in the toilet is not good. 3. The hotel price at Rp450,000 is too expensive.
