Nice, comfortable, strategic location, but the AC is not cold enough...

fun and quite comfortable

Parking is not comfortable enough for motorbikes, when it rains, helmets are not tidied up or put in a place by staff or security. Parking with a roof should be for guests, not for employees, if so when it rains, it is guaranteed that the guest's helmets will be all wet.

The hotel staff is friendly, the cafe atmosphere is nice.

Wifi doesn't reach all rooms, the receptionist isn't friendly.

I often go to this hotel, but recently I got a room above the AC, it wasn't cold, and the TV was broken. Please fix it for customer comfort.

WiFi nya kurang sinyalnya ilang ilangan dan breakfast sudah tidak covid tapi masih di antar ke kamar. Fasilitas agak kurang, kemaren dapet kamar di bawah tv nya tidak bisa, pindah ke atas lantai. 2 remote nya yang ga ada. Untuk lainnya masih oke.

Very good service. Just arrived and was immediately greeted. Ample parking, the hotel atmosphere is comfortable. There is a front door and a back door. The rooms are comfortable and there are no complaints. After checking out there were items left behind, but the staff immediately contacted them. Quite satisfied staying here. Thank you 🙏🏻.

It unbeliveable why the officer hold my identity/driving licence, so I can't go anywhere without driving licence.

This hotel is comfortable enough for me to stay with my children, just to stay overnight because there are no facilities. The room is quite clean, not too cramped, there is a back door where you can relax. All friendly staff, spacious parking lot. Things that need to be repaired are, if the door lock can be replaced, don't manually anymore, hehe, the bathroom and the back door, the bathroom is clean but the tiles are quite old maybe they need updating, there is also seepage of the wall from the bathroom, my room's air conditioner happened to be room 3 had a very noisy compressor, fortunately my children weren't disturbed. Everything is still okay and when visiting the Serang family I will probably stay here again. Keep up the good work 👍

The place is nice, comfortable, ample parking

Clean, tidy, spacious, cold ac, ad TV, there is a fridge, there is also warm water, it's just a shame the breakfast is standard sober, the door is still manually using a key and it's very difficult to open when you sleep, and when you sleep there is a cockroach, fortunately it doesn't bother you. Overall pretty good for transit. Thank you

Tempat aman dan nyaman, parkir luas, breakfast juga lumayan.

Breakfast so-so. Bathroom a little bit smell. Parking space is huge.
