The staff is friendly, take the cottage type, the food doesn't have much variety, but the taste is worth it.

I've stayed here twice. I've tried both the hotel and cottage versions, and both are equally comfortable. The security, front office staff, and restaurant staff are all excellent.

I booked a cottage room, got cat eye 1. The car park is not next to the room / parked in front of someone else's room because the parking area is limited. Check in in the afternoon after a long trip, open the room, the AC leaked, the floor was wet, waiting for the technician to fix it. The hot water turned off in the afternoon even though I waited a long time for it to turn on, but in the morning the hot water didn't turn on at all. If I choose the faucet, cold water comes out from the shower full force, but if I choose the hot water faucet, the water comes out very little. The room is clean, the others are okay, the security guard is very helpful, but it's a shame about the hot water, because in Batu the water is very cold. I brought a baby too. I was forced to bathe with hot water from an electric kettle.

The hotel staff was very friendly and smiling, and the place was clean, nice, and comfortable. The AC worked, the shower worked, and the TV worked. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you for the service. Very satisfying :)

The place is comfortable, it feels like sleeping at home instead of in a hotel room which is usually lined up with boxes 🤭. The environment is also beautiful and the menu is varied, you can eat as much as you like.

Supposedly, an office boy or security guard should be on standby. I tried to stay overnight, first arrived on March 17, 2026, during the day in Batu, it was raining quite heavily. After checking in without any OB to direct, it was still raining again to the room half soaked... Luckily when I was in the restaurant, a chef saw me. He asked, "Hey sir.. there is no security guard to help (with an umbrella). Luckily, the chef was quick to take an umbrella and approach me.. it shouldn't be his job... he helped me carry my bag and held an umbrella for me... it was raining... Thanks, chef.. that's not your job.. but you are quick... Customer service was indifferent, there was no security guard at the post, maybe it was raining...

I chose the cottage. It's nicer if you want to relax and chat, you can sit on the terrace. The staff is also friendly. The food is also very varied. It's perfect for bringing the family; they'll definitely feel at home. Oh, and it's very close to the Museum Angkut, Bukit Bintang, and Jatim Park.

Got a room near the exit, clean, complete toiletries, hot water flowing smoothly, cold AC. Strategic location.

Comfortable room, cool AC, fast and smooth wifi, cool hotel atmosphere, quiet even though it is on the side of the main road, many food sellers around the hotel, all helpful staff, especially the security guard on duty when arranging car parking inside and those at the post who are quick to help crossing, very respect for all of you., hopefully the cleanliness around the room will be improved so that it will be more comfortable.. hopefully I can staycation here again

The location is near the main road, so it's not too far if you want to go to Jatim Park 1 or 2. There is a swimming pool facility that is integrated with the hotel container next to it, so you have to walk 50m from the hotel first. The staff is friendly.

Stay in a cottage, have a basic breakfast, and it's a bit of a hassle if it rains. The room is pretty clean.

The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and close to the city center.

Okay, I recommend staying here in Batu.
