The hotel is clean, and the rooms are comfortable. It's a great choice when you're in Malang.

The room is nice but the toilet is not very clean and a lot of the wallpaper in the room has come off and is dirty.

it was my 2nd stay in this hotel. Booked the room already few days before arriving in Malang. I chose this hotel due to location wise it's quite central and in quiet, peaceful area. for the price the room is quite spacious. But it was my 2nd stay, from last year, so they should know I'm a returning guest. but alas it means nothing to them obviously. i was not expecting to get an upgraded room, but a mere "welcome back" from the FO staff would be a kind gesture. i specifically requested a quite room, with VIEW and no smoking. They did notice i requested a non smoking room and the FO staff put me in this kind of "bunker" room one level below with view of a concret wall and lousy accsess of wifi / phone signal. My room last year was a bit better. They still have that poorly maintained bathroom condition, toilet flush keeps running, shower/shampoo gel container which not properly working, damp and mold on the bathroom ceiling. A bit of maintenance would be good for this hotel.

Cheap price, already got breakfast and bathtub, but it's basic. This is an old hotel, used to be a good hotel I suppose, no upgrades. Got a room with a leaking bathtub, broken phone, AC not cold, soap dispenser can't be pressed, water not hot. Luckily I was able to move to a better room, but the wifi was still really slow.

Overall impressive, the room is nice, there is a bathtub, the AC is also cold. However, the Wi-Fi may need to be improved, because it is very slow. Especially if the room is in the 100s which must go down, it is really difficult to get a signal. The suggestion is, just give the Wi-Fi a password so that it is not used by non-guests.

Try staying here for the first time because I was attracted by the vintage atmosphere typical of old hotels and the strategic location and affordable price. I was quite satisfied staying here because there was a bathtub + hot water suitable for relaxing soaking. Breakfast, although there were only a few variants, tasted good, like Chinese food. The disadvantages include the bathroom floor behind the door is not clean and the bathroom roof needs repair, the wifi often disconnects and disappears, TV channels are limited to local, the room window view is not attractive (especially those on the 1st and 2nd floors), the lobby is a bit lacking in lighting. The point is, I was quite satisfied staying here, next time I will come back again and I hope it will progress and return to glory 👍

I ordered 2 rooms..maybe because of the type I ordered I was given a room on the ground floor. But why was I given the corner room? Even though as far as I know there was no one staying in my room in the hallway. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom.

Unfortunately, the friendliness of the staff is not matched by the service and the rooms provided. I ordered a "Non-Smoking" room, but was provided with a room that still smelled very strongly of cigarettes, even for me to sleep it was difficult. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom also needs to be re-considered. It must be re-evaluated regarding this matter.

nice room, hotel like dracula castle, there is a bathtub, water is quite strong, complete amenities. Unfortunately the water on the bathroom floor is easy to stagnate. There is a mini fridge, kettle, tea coffee. The room lights are not bright enough if used for work. slow wifi, AC is not cold enough

Wanted to have a vacation with family, meaning we could walk around the property. It turned out that when the weather was rainy, we were too lazy to travel. Overall it was okay, only the wifi network was sometimes intermittent. Thank you.

friendly and helpful staff, check-in & check-out process is very fast. the room is spacious, there are several power outlets, complete amenities, the mini fridge is big (compared to hotels I've been to) and works well. the only minus is in the bathroom. the bathtub water drain is very slow. the bathroom is clean; but it seems poorly maintained, maybe because of age. but it seems like the bathroom needs special attention at this time, such as the faucet is difficult to open, there is no cover on the sink (if something falls, it will immediately disappear), the bottom of the tray is moldy. but the hotel is very comfortable, it could be another choice for a hotel in Malang.

The room is comfortable and clean, but the toilet needs to be fixed. The exhaust fan doesn't work, the toilet smells a bit.

The old atmosphere is thick and makes you feel comfortable.
