Clean and comfortable hotel, close to shopping centers and tourist attractions.

The hotel is very clean, with plenty of open space. Since I'm a smoker, the terrace in front of my deluxe room allows me to relax. The Wi-Fi is a bit spotty, but not intrusive. The price is very reasonable, but the room is very comfortable. The location is close to Klojen Market, just a short walk away.

Good stay in there. When I go to Malang, I stay there for a budget hotel.

I often stay here when I'm in Malang. Before COVID, they had pecel rice for breakfast.

The hotel staff is friendly, and you can check in early if there's a vacancy. The room and toilet are clean. Unfortunately, the towels are a bit old; they should probably be replaced. It's only a kilometer from Malang Station, so it's really close. The room is spacious for three people.

The place is clean and comfortable, the location is strategic, the facilities are quite complete, and the receptionist is very friendly. It would be even more comfortable if the smoking area could be moved to the back so guests arriving to check in wouldn't be immediately greeted by the smell of cigarettes. But otherwise, it was very satisfying.

I enjoyed my stay here, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, the AC was cool, and the bathroom was also clean. I'll stay here again next time I visit Malang. Recommended.

The room was quite clean, the bathroom was spacious, and there was hot water. Breakfast wasn't included when booking, but once you arrive, you can have breakfast, even if it's just bread and coffee. It's also close to Klojen Market, where there are plenty of street food stalls and coffee shops.

It's actually nice to be close to anywhere, but it's a bit annoying with the sound of the train.

The staff service is friendly and humble, the AC in the room is cold, but it seems like it has started to malfunction because when it is turned off, it cannot close the AC.

I really enjoy staying here. I've stayed here several times. It's homey, very clean, and the staff are friendly.

Overall okay, additional power outlets should be added near the bed.
