Quite comfortable, spacious rooms and clean swimming pool

Please, the torn and damaged sofa is not suitable for use in the room. It should be stored in storage. Placing a torn sofa in a room is like receiving a room that doesn't respect the guest. This is the first time I've found a 500,000 rupiah hotel with a torn sofa patched with duct tape in a room, making it uncomfortable for the guests. Please evaluate this with the hotel management team.

The condition of the room and bed does not match the photos in the application, it is dull, sagging and worn out from use but has not been renovated, the sofa bed is torn and only taped, the hot water does not work

The bed had a lot of hair and the blanket didn't seem to have been changed. The toilet was dirty, I kind of regretted ordering it. The service took a long time to respond because the soap dish was broken. As for breakfast, it was quite good, even though the meat was undercooked. That's all and thank you.

I know check in is at 14.00. But at least the receptionist called according to the queue, when I arrived at 13.50, there were indeed many people queuing at the right time and immediately rushed forward, this is the first time I have been to a hotel like this. Another drawback is that the hot water doesn't work normally even though it has been turned on for more than 10 minutes, I let it sit but it's only a bit warm, when my little kids use it they all cry because the water still feels cold. For the food at breakfast when I ate it was all salty, but because my husband and I ate in turns when I asked my child who had eaten he said it wasn't salty, then I remembered I took it when it had just been refilled so maybe the taste was different. When I arrived the toilet paper was almost finished I had to tell them first and I forgot my slippers so they weren't given to me in my room but when I said so they gave me all of them. For the property at the swimming pool, especially it seemed untidy, the bathroom at the swimming pool was incredibly dirty. Near the pool there seems to be a mini bar but it is no longer used. It would be better to just throw away the glass table that is used to sell food rather than looking shabby. It is appropriate in my opinion for the same price.

Good hotel service, friendly staff, central location close to tourist attractions, breakfast is quite varied and delicious. a little correction, the room is not clean enough, there is still hair on the pillow, the sofa is a bit dirty, and the bathroom has no mat, also to add an exhaust fan so the smell comes out quickly.

for me..no at that price

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during the holiday season (27–29 June 2025). Overall, our experience was quite pleasant. The location is strategic in the city center, suitable for morning walks or light exercise because of its fresh and comfortable atmosphere. The view from the hotel is also very pleasing to the eye. The hotel staff are friendly and responsive, and the food served is quite delicious. However, there are several things that I think can still be improved to make the stay experience more optimal. The cleanliness of the room needs more attention—I found several strands of hair/fur that were probably left behind by previous guests. The towels provided were also torn, and I think they should be replaced immediately for guest comfort. In addition, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted less than 10 minutes, even though the temperature in Batu was quite cold at that time. On the other hand, the room service was quite good, although it was a little confusing because the tip I left on the first day was not taken. Whether it was due to policy or other reasons, maybe it can be explained further in the future. Hopefully this input can be used as evaluation material so that this hotel can provide better service in the future. Thank you.

friendly service strategic location for the room space is not soundproof so it's crowded, shouts outside can be heard from inside the room for the hot water facilities to be improved again for the price is affordable

The room is quite comfortable, it's just that the swimming pool is not very clean, and the bathroom used to rinse off the pool is very dirty. Also, if possible, replace the mat in front of the room.

a suitable place for a vacation with the Doli KWB East Java family. because it is close to recreational destinations. the price of a family room is pocket-friendly even in high season

the staff are friendly and the security is also good. the rooms and environment are clean, the pool is also good. although the parking lot is not big, the staff are quick to arrange the car in the parking lot. for the soap yesterday when I tried it, it didn't come out, but it's okay, we brought our own toiletries so it's not a problem. the room for the family is quite spacious, the location is also strategic, close to the town square and other tourist attractions. Recommended to stay here again with family at an economical price.

The hotel is old model, the room is clean, only the crust on the sink makes me disgusted, maybe it should be paid more attention. The mattress is soft, especially the blanket is thick and comfortable which I have never found in other hotels, the staff is friendly, especially the security guard is very helpful, the swimming pool is old-fashioned but clean. Please clean the shower room. The restaurant still needs a lot of improvement because the tables and chairs are messy. The food is super delicious, simple but makes you miss it and want more.
