The hotel is nice, the bed is big, but why is it so quiet? It gives the impression of horror, how can you get the 4th floor? Overall, everything is good, but it seems like there is not enough lighting.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Got delicious fried rice for breakfast. Thank you.

Maybe the bathroom is not clean enough, Wi-Fi on beach 4 is not accessible.

It's scary to sleep alone. The bathroom may be rarely cleaned, the bed is full of ants, but when you complain, someone will come. The Wi-Fi on the 4th floor can't be used. Thank you.

The hotel is spacious, with lots of space to sit and relax.

It is in accordance with the price but for the bathroom, the door should be fixed because when I stayed the bathroom door could not be closed. AC, hot water, TV is on, the bed is comfortable, and cleanliness is also maintained.

The hotel's strategic location with tourist attractions and the city of Bali, but NEVER WANT TO GET A ROOM OTHER THAN THE MAIN BUILDING. We got a room in a building near the swimming pool that we received the AC WAS NOT COLD, THE BED WAS ITCHING, THE SHOWER WATER ONLY COME OUT 3 ROWS SO WAS WITH THE TOILET AND WASHBASIN WATER. THERE WAS ALSO A DAY OF 1 DAY OF WATER, my brother in the building across the street even had water that could be used to make coffee and there was no water for 2 DAYS. Complaints to the FO were never responded to and followed up. After we were angry with the owner, we were replaced with a room in the main building. The room in the main building was good but we got it on the 4th floor while the building had no elevator, it felt like all our bones were broken lifting 4 suitcases up to the 4th floor.

no towels, water doesn't turn on... I was only in this hotel for 5 minutes and immediately checked out and moved to another hotel... the worst cheap hotel I've ever booked.
