When we arrived at the hotel, it was already 4 am. It turned out that one of the rooms had just caught fire, so we were moved to a small villa in front of the hotel.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel three times. It's a favorite and a top choice when vacationing in Batu, thanks to its excellent rooms and service. Another factor in choosing this hotel is its cafe, which means you don't have to travel far for food, and the food is delicious. The hotel is also strategically located near all the tourist attractions in Batu City.

Old but clean hotel, delicious food, laundry facilities by the kilo, spacious rooms with 3-bed room options, mineral water provided every day, friendly staff, hot showers with abundant water, delicious restaurant food, walking distance to several tourist destinations. The hotel, although old-style, has good facilities in my opinion. The room is spacious, with a 200x200 bed so it's not cramped for 3 people to sleep in. The superior and deluxe rooms are equally comfortable, with the deluxe room being more spacious and having a balcony. The toilet is clean, the hot water works normally and doesn't require a long wait. It's very close to Jatim Park 1, just walk if you want. Cons: There's a water heater in the room to keep drinks warm.

All the facilities function well, especially the TV has many channels, the Wi-Fi is smooth, the AC is cold, and the hot water is very hot.

I ordered a deluxe room but was switched to a triple room, so I got 1 king size bed and 1 single bed. I upgraded my class. It was perfect to get a room with a view of Mount Arjuna, which has really beautiful lights at night.

Experience staying 2 nights here, for service and others are good. The appearance of the hotel is old but comfortable.

It's located right next to Jatim Park 1, so it's very easy to access and very close. Once you're tired, you can go straight to the hotel and sleep. The service is excellent, and the food is delicious.

Clean and comfortable room. It's right next to Jatimpark 1. But unfortunately, early check-in is not possible.
