Friendly staff. There are pluses and minuses when compared to the hotel which is around 20 thousand more expensive that I stayed in before. 100k deposit required. Friendly staff. When you enter there is no soap in the bathroom, ask the receptionist to process it straight away. Only 1 towel was given. So I used it in turns. Advice if you're staying with friends, it's better to bring your own. TV broadcasts were grainy. But some channels are quite clear. The AC is not too cold. The room is narrow, more like an exclusive boarding house, so it's suitable for solo travelers. The bedroom window goes straight to the balcony, but because it's near the emergency stairs, when you open it you often find someone snoozing or calling. So it's not comfortable. The TV remote is broken. Complained immediately replaced. There is an electric kettle, and coffee/tea making equipment. It's just that no cups or glass glasses are provided. The dispenser is in the hallway. Not soundproof. Because it's right in the middle of a very busy city, so in the middle of the night it was a little disturbed by the sound of people karaoke from the building next door. Breakfast is bread. If you want pop noodles, pay 10 thousand. I wanted to borrow an iron because the clothes I wanted to wear to check out were wet, but the receptionist said it couldn't be done. Ironing services can only be carried out by staff. It's a shame even though other hotels allow it 🫠. Close to Indomaret, Alfamidi, plaza, restaurants, mosque. And this is the real attraction for those who have just come to Ambon because you can get everything just by walking. Overall there are pluses and minuses, that's all my references. I hope this helps
