The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is close to town. Breakfast is varied. I've stayed here many times and it's becoming my favorite hotel ☺️

Daima Hotel is next to the noisy road Jl Jenderal Sudirman, however, the room is nearly quiet as long as windows are shut. 👍 Staffs are nice and helpful, as I asked one of them in a non-service office area about the gym location, she showed me the way anyway. 👍 However, the gym equipment is quite limited and very old, perhaps this can be improved.

The smell of the room is a bit unpleasant, just the smell of the bathroom.

It was a pleasure staying here, especially on the weekend. You can immediately leave the hotel and enjoy the CFD. The room is well-equipped, although not particularly spacious.

After checking out, my colleagues and I planned to head straight to the hospital for training. We had already booked a driver online, but all drivers were fully booked due to the rain. At that moment, I was incredibly grateful to the receptionist who was willing to call an online taxi. The taxis were also fully booked, and I was then escorted to the hospital by a Daima operational vehicle. It was a gesture I will never forget. Continued success, Daima Hotel.

The AC in the room was no longer working, and the quality was also unfit for use. The toilet didn't smell good, and there was no air freshener. The staff at check-in were rude even though I asked them nicely.
