My room was full of trash, and I asked the receptionist on duty since 5 PM to call a customer service representative to clean it. It wasn't cleaned.
At 7:17 PM, I called the receptionist again, who identified herself as Hanisa. She said the room couldn't be cleaned because it had already been cleaned once, even though I'd been staying here for 5 days.
It's a shame, even though the hotel has nice rooms, because the lack of attention to service and cleanliness makes guests uncomfortable.
