Extra thin bed, the type of room that was booked was not available, so we had to wait a long time for the room to be prepared, I was very disappointed plus I invited parents who were tired on the trip.

The hotel clerk was less sympathetic. Bookings of traveloka less attention. Arrived at the hotel at approximately 21.00 hours and was told by the concierge that the hotel was closed.

For the location of this hotel is very easy to find, dingginggir jalan, and very close to lovina beach. However some things make this hotel less attractive to be re-visited. The shower drains so little water. The towels were not there either, but after being asked to the new hotel clerk they finally provided. The rooms are provided as it has not been prepared for the stay, so everything needs to be asked back to the hotel. Hot water is also sometimes not out and must bring their own soap. AC is there but the AC Remote is not there, but finally provided by the hotel. Breakfast is very standard. The rest is quite good, the staff is friendly enough. Hope it can be improved.
