The hotel is comfortable and nice, the staff are friendly, and the price is the best.

The location is close to the toll gate and the staff is friendly. For improvement, the seating for families waiting for their children to swim could be rearranged to make it more organized and more plentiful. The pool water should not be overly chlorinated.

The hotel turned out to have minimal lighting, there were lots of mosquitoes even though the balcony door was never opened, the security guards and staff were less friendly than other hotels, but they were nice and helpful enough, and the breakfast menu taste and variety were just so-so.

A Comfortable Stay in Serang with Friendly Service This property is a great place to stay if you're visiting the Serang area. The staff are friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any requests. While English communication can sometimes be a bit challenging, the team makes a sincere effort to understand and accommodate guests’ needs. The only minor downside is that the property is showing signs of age and could benefit from renovation. Nonetheless, the overall service and hospitality make for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel is very nice and the view is nice, the room is nice, my family and I are happy and enjoy it.

slow response, our room had no power, suddenly blacked out, lots of mosquitoes, requesting a technician to come took a long time

we stayed at the cottage near tennis field. the room is spacy and comfy. there is a terrace with 2 chairs and small living room before entering the bedroom. the bathroom is large and shower room is separated from the toilet, kinda open space like the attached pict. the lobby staff was fast response, because they responded my complain fastly when I asked for a help because my door couldn't be opened due to trouble card or signal. the minus part were : too many mosquitoes there. the breakfast menu of buffet are limited , compared to others 4 star hotel I've stayed so far. the rice was dry, might be caused by the airconditioner. and during 2 consecutive nights, around 00.00 - 00.30 something hit the rooftop several times. I am wondering what it is. maybe a tennis ball?

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom needs to be improved. The rest is ok.

Strategic location, nice swimming pool

I called the receptionist twice to ask for a replacement for a broken kettle, but the replacement still hadn't arrived until I checked out.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is also nice, there is a balcony too. The swimming pool is very spacious.

Very strategic location. Fast check-in/out process. Only hair dryer is better prepared directly in the room rather than having to ask the operator.

Highly recommended! Still can't move on from this place, next time come here again hihi.
