Attractive, comfortable, cool air, nice view

Staying with family, the hotel room is just so-so, only the location of the hotel is okay because it is right in front of the beach and close to Krisna.

Staff still lacking in service, need to learn more about hospitality.

Next time if you want to see dolphins, stay at this hotel, the boat rental is cheaper than other places. 👌

The hotel is clean. Spacious rooms with neat layout. Clean swimming pool. Balcony directly views the beach 🥰. Direct access to the beach and can order at the reception for a boat rental to see dolphins. Sufficient car parking area. Food choices are sufficient and taste good. One of the recommended hotels if you are on holiday in Lovina with family

not responsive when guests check in and check out, need to learn hospitality.... just vacationing in north Bali My boss doesn't give tips.. remember don't judge people by their appearance only... serve guests without discrimination. Thank you

I took a 3 night room for around 3.6 million. Not worth the breakfast. Very bad because it is not a buffet and only choose the menu option

Stayed here with my girlfriend and had an amazing time. The resort was great and clean, and the staff were just superb. Room wasn't the biggest (25m^2?) But it had an awesome balcony with amazing views across the water and sunset. I can strongly recommend the Seaview rooms. Food was surprisingly good.

Nice comfy bed. Nice room. Helpful and nice staffs. Breakfast menu is so so. Lack of greens, the exterior of the hotel is just massive concrete. So it's very hot in the day time. Unpleasant to stay outside the room. Design of the swimming pool is not so attractive, no trees around, so you can't really enjoy the swimming pool in the day time as there is no shade at all. The only time we can enjoy the hotel is during sunset and the view of sunset from the hotel is also not so special.

This place located right in front of Lovina beach. You can conveniently take a boat ride to dolphin tour from right the front of the hotel. The hotel provide dolphin tour so you don't have to find the tour on your own. We booked the tour the night before and they can provide. The tour itself were amazing, I recommend take the tour later in the day so there will be less boat and more dolphins. The room was as described but they can work more on the cleanliness. The breakfast was ala carte, no buffet. Food was OK. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice place not bad, good for snorkeling nice sunset, staff not enough friendly to local people.

Bad smell on my bedroom, must to increase staff knowledge, staff not friendly, staff not well prepared welcoming the guest to this hotel, price so expensive comparing to hotel facilities and axperience
