The hotel is great and very kid-friendly. The staff are very kind and helpful, especially the ladies at the restaurant. The swimming pool is great, my kids enjoyed it, and if you want to see dolphins, you can negotiate directly with the boat owner because the hotel is right in front of the beach. You'll be picked up right there.

The location is strategic, offering direct access to the ocean, and it's also easy to get to in the morning to see dolphins. Room cleanliness is average, but since the hotel is on the beach, sand sometimes drifts into the hotel area.

All the staff are absolutely fantastic, from FO to HK to the restaurant. Their kindness is very much comforting. The only thing I think needs improvement is the breakfast selection. A nicer, bigger cold breakfast or specialty breakfast would be a nice addition. Needs more variety and selections. The rice bowl was superb! I definitely will be back soon.

If you want to see dolphins by boat, just head to the beach. The hotel is very close to the beach.

In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in the Lovina area. I was particularly impressed by the magnificent ambiance and the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the property. While the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, there is room for improvement regarding the limited parking space and the quality of the breakfast.

For nearly 1 million rupiah a night, the room amenities should be better. The breakfast menu is very limited, parking is limited, and there are no staff to guide you. For a rate of nearly 1 million rupiah, I think it's very lacking.

Check in afternoon and some rooms are still empty. I booked a room with sea view/pool view but from the room I didn't get this view at all, instead I got the room at the end next to the laundry room so my room view was the wall. The FO said the hotel was full even though there was still an empty room next to me, why not just give me that one? I also booked a few days before. So in my opinion, the room I booked and the one I got were not the same. This has also been confirmed by the FO that it was indeed not the same. There were yellow spots on my room's bedsheet. The room also seemed a bit under-lit. There were spider webs in some corners of the room. I checked out on the same day because my child kept crying in the room near midnight, so I was afraid of disturbing other residents. But for the infinity pool, the view is really beautiful when it's sunset.

It's nice to stay here. Want to see dolphins is also close, and can be picked up at the hotel. Thank you ❤️

Staying with family, the hotel room is just so-so, only the location of the hotel is okay because it is right in front of the beach and close to Krisna.

Staff still lacking in service, need to learn more about hospitality.

Next time if you want to see dolphins, stay at this hotel, the boat rental is cheaper than other places. 👌

The hotel is clean. Spacious rooms with neat layout. Clean swimming pool. Balcony directly views the beach 🥰. Direct access to the beach and can order at the reception for a boat rental to see dolphins. Sufficient car parking area. Food choices are sufficient and taste good. One of the recommended hotels if you are on holiday in Lovina with family

not responsive when guests check in and check out, need to learn hospitality.... just vacationing in north Bali My boss doesn't give tips.. remember don't judge people by their appearance only... serve guests without discrimination. Thank you
