Room was OK for a budget transit accommodation, not sure about the meal it's provided on a higher class or not.

Highly recommended for transit visitors because the location is very close to the airport, access to various needs is very close, the staff are friendly, and full support, yes I can just say that's excellent.

Friendly staff but no toothbrushes

The room was uncomfortable, there was no tissue, I asked for tissue for the room but was given toilet tissue. When I stayed, the lights went out for a long time. Regret staying at this hotel.

Dead flies on the floor. Window did not open. Weak ac. Itchy bedsheets, terrible smell in the night either from the bathroom or outside. Do not recommend.

It is indeed suitable for transit just as a place to wait for the next flight. And in the airport area, walking is also okay 👌. As long as you don't bring too much luggage, it's also a hassle. 😀😉👌.

Terrible, lucky they are close to the airport. If not they would have shut down long ago! No water in the room, no toilet roll provided. No sink in the bathroom. 1 small pillow that had stains on it. An uncovered duvet to sleep under, also stained! Woke up with bites on my body after sleeping there! Don't stay here! Please read this review! Its terrible! There are much better places to stay for a bit more money!

I like it for a transit hotel it is very near the airport, just 15-30 minutes walk. The room is clean. The bathroom is clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Unless you ask for it, the cleaning service will not bother you. The wi-fi is good. The television is working, although with a set timer. I can choose the room number of my favorite number. I did not get the chance to experience the room service and/or breakfast because I am not a breakfast-in-the-morning kind of person. The hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water. There is no pot for tea or water jug. They do not provide a water dispenser too on second floor. So, the guests will have to bring or buy their own drinks. Luckily, there is a mini market just around the block. During the holiday of Nyepi (or Silent), the only thing that is off at that time is the television broadcast. So, no TV. But since the electricity and the wi-fi is still working, so it is fine by me.
